Another World Net Shop Master - Chapter 58

“How is the pizza dough?”
Since I still have the strong and weak flours I used at the coffee shop, as well some dry yeast, I was able to make a kneaded dough and let it rest.
Originally, I preferred to take more time, but I couldn’t say such a thing after seeing everyone’s appetite gain momentum after tasting the food.
“The next step in the process of making a pizza is to spread out the dough like this and make it about this size. Personally, I like the dough thin, but some people like it thicker. But let’s make it thinner today for quick baking.”
At first, everyone was unfamiliar with the process, but once they got the hang of it, they were able to make pizza dough that looked good.
“Brush the dough lightly with oil and put the ingredients on top as you like. You can spread the tomato sauce made earlier on the dough, but even if you don’t put any sauce on the dough, it will still be delicious. You can also spread only half of the tomato sauce. I like cheese, but it might be better to start with plain cheese.”
The ingredients prepared are thick slices of bacon and several kinds of cheese.
Bell peppers, onions, arugula, mushrooms and chicken.
“Oi, I don’t know what everyone likes.”
Oliver, the head chef, wants me to show him a sample, but that’s boring.
After this point, all that’s left to do is bake it in the oven, and there are no difficult ingredients.
I tell him to choose by instinct.
“Oi boy, is this okay?”
Oliver, are you a little mad at me?
Looking at the toppings, as expected of a head chef.
The ingredients are arranged while considering texture and color.
The vegetables are well balanced.
“Not bad at all.”
When I call out to him, he doesn’t seem too upset.
“Can I bake now?”
I tell him that we should bake the pizzas two at a time so that the oven temperature does not drop.
“Do you two want to make a pizza of your choice?”
Both Sophia and Sebastian were happy, they both wanted to do pizza toppings.
“Ginjiro, I like tomatoes, so I’ll put this sauce on mine.”
“Then I will make mine with tomato sauce too.”
The cook tried to help, but Sophia said she wanted to do it herself.
Ginjiro takes out rock ice from the item box to make ice water for the salad.
Tearing the lettuce by hand and washing it in the ice water, the lettuce looks crisp and delicious.
After thoroughly draining it, add onion and arugula as well.
Sprinkle lightly with Italian dressing, top with finely chopped and fried bacon, and finish with grated cheese to complete the salad.
—
Since it’s a meal, I put salad and three types of pasta on the plate little by little.
The pizzas will be cut into pieces with a cutter and shared with everyone.
“Then let’s eat it while it’s still hot! The other pizzas are still baking, so please take turns eating your meal.”
“Ginjiro, is this called tomato pasta and pizza? It’s very delicious.”
I was surprised at Sophia’s delighted face, but I try to keep as calm as possible.
Sophia loves tomatoes, Ginjiro takes a note in his heart.
“Boy, is this called pizza? it looks not good. It makes me want to drink liquor. Gahahahaha.”
Chef Oliver laughs boldly, but after a quick tasting of a slice of pizza and three kinds of pasta, he replaces the staff member who is baking the pizza and stands in front of the oven himself.
Unlike his appearance, he has a keen eye for details.
Otherwise, he wouldn’t be the head chef of the Count’s family, would he?
You, who are hurriedly stuffing your mouth with a lot of pasta and pizza.
There’s a head chef who can be a role model, quick notice it.
Ginjiro stands next to Oliver in front of the oven.
“Thank you, boy.”
“No problem at all. Pizza tastes best when it’s freshly baked, so let’s continue baking!”
After a while, the Okusama tea party was over and the maids gradually appeared in the kitchen to get their meals.
Since Sophia was in the kitchen, they apologized as soon as they saw her face, but Sophia gently told them not to worry about it each time.
“I’m going back to my room because everyone is getting restless when I’m here. I had a good time today, Ginjiro. Dance with me again next time.”
I wanted to stay with her for a little longer, but it’s true that the maids wouldn’t calm down if Sophia was in the kitchen.
After finishing the meal, Ginjiro and Sebastian drank coffee as usual, and a day full of many things came to an end.
