Dear Eddert - Chapter 1
Chapter 1
[ trigger warning: non-con ]
A blue energy emanated from his white hands. Walter’s severed head moved on its own and attached itself to his body, and his heart, just before it stopped, began beating slowly again. If one has a strong body and quick recovery, it won’t take long to open their eyes. It would take half a day until he could move his body properly.
Now was the time to really save her. Benedict moistened his lips slowly with some unknown sense of tension.
You would be angry if you knew. But now that it had come to this, there was no helping it.
His clothes moved on their own and fell to the floor without a sound. His naked body, which shome blue, appeared in the air.
Flash.
Walter opened his eyes much sooner than Benedict had expected. What was more shocking than the fact that he was still breathing was the sight that was unfolding before Walter’s hazy eyes.
Crumpled linen and loose bandages rolled around under the blood-soaked bed. A bright light was emanating from the dark space. The source of the light was Benedict, who was holding Eden, whose body was in a naked state.
The long silver hair hanging over her body was shining like tens of thousands of fireflies had landed on Benedict. So was his body. There were no wounds or blemishes, and it was a shining naked body that could not be thought of as a human body. Recognizing that Walter was awake, Benedict looked at him and narrowed his eyes.
What are you doing now? What the hell are you doing to Eden!
He tried to scream, but only a suppressed groan came out of Walter’s mouth.
“…Heuk…!”
He struggled to get his body up, but it was still too much. Benedict exhaled slowly, stroking Eden’s cold body. A bluish glow shone wherever he touched. Eden, naked, lying under Benedict’s body, was still motionless.
“Her soul reacts violently. She’s mistaken me for you. Poor thing.”
“Huu… ugh… Urk…!”
Benedict smiled faintly as he watched Walter’s body wriggle in pain. What he said was a lie. Her soul was vehemently refusing treatment, that’s why it was taking some time. To be precise, she was showing disapproval of his actions.
He just found out. This was the reason why she had to die despite having a strong ‘shadow’ willing to risk death.
“You were in love.”
Benedict’s lips whispered in Eden’s ear, scanning the cut on her neck. He smirked, stroking the long torn chest with his hand.
“Such a fool. Born into the imperial family, but you long for love.”
“Ugh…”
He saw Walter crawling towards him. His hands on the floor trembled in a mess, but he was definitely moving. What an amazing power.
A man who survived a fatal wound took more than half a day to lift his hand, no matter how fast his recovery was. It’s probably the same reason why the head that was decapitated and attached to Walter still moves, and his soul doesn’t disappear even after he completely stopped breathing.
“Are you in pain? Hm?”
Benedict’s lips gradually moved downward, spraying kisses on the wounded body. Even if there wasn’t a wound, her body was full of vague scars here and there. It was a testament to how hard her life had been during that time.
“I am healing her according to your earnest wishes. Is it too difficult to watch?”
Is your love just that much?
Benedict swallowed his words and lifted his head between his long silver hair. Walter, who opened his eyes and bit his lip, didn’t come any closer. Benedict whispered towards him.
“Remember. The terrible thing that happened when she tried to defy her fate.”
Even if Benedict didn’t have to say it, it was something that Walter would never forget. Because no one can forget the sight of his most precious person dying in his arms.
“She is the one who should be the Emperor of the Empire. She’s not the kind of person who deserves a humble death in a place like this.”
“Uhh… huu…”
Walter breathed heavily. He gritted his teeth. He swore he would do anything to save Eden. Her death was more painful for him than his own.
Benedict caressed Eden’s body with a cold hand, and licked it slowly with his lips and tongue. Completely focused on healing, Benedict no longer spoke. Warmth was beginning to radiate through her cold body.
‘All I can do is heal the wounds of the body, and it is beyond my ability to hold onto the soul.’
Benedict didn’t open his mouth, but his voice could be heard clearly in Walter’s head. Everywhere his lips kissed and passed, the wounds were getting a little blurry.
At that moment, he saw with his own eyes how great the healing power of the Pope can be. And he had to watch the woman he loved be in someone else’s arms.
Walter felt the pain of his body being torn to pieces.
‘With an injury like this, we have to face each other every day, but unfortunately I can’t be away for long.’
Because of that, he had to do everything possible to heal her wounds. Benedict looked at Eden’s face and briefly closed his eyes. Fortunately, his memories of her a long time ago did not overlap with the present. If so, he would have hesitated.
Benedict’s hands grabbed her legs and spread them slowly. As he slowly raised his shiny upper body, the silvery white hair that had hung over Eden’s body was lifted and the wounds disappeared, revealing her smooth, nude body.
Breathing slowly, Benedict slipped his member into her as he leaned down. The moment they united, Benedict raised his head and groaned silently. It was the healer’s destiny to feel all the pain the wounded had to go through.
Eden’s motionless hand twitched slightly as Benedict began to move his waist. Walter saw as Eden’s heart emanated an overflowing blue light.
“Oh no. Don’t waste your energy.”
As Benedict clasped her chest in his hand, he let out a hoarse voice as he moved slowly back and forth inside her. His face, exposed through his silver hair, was tinged with a reddish light. Walter did his best not to keep his eyes on Eden, whose body joined another man.
“I have instilled my energy into your body. Infuse your energies little by little until she wakes up. How to do it is… Now that you see it with your own two eyes, I’m sure you know it well.”
Benedict licked her nipples and raised his lips. It felt like something hot was exploding in Walter’s heart, but he managed to bear it. Benedict smiled with a sweaty face as he looked down at Walter who was still in pain.
“It seems that her soul is just as agitated as you.”
Her soul, which was fluttering without stopping, was growing wild. Through her soul expanding like flames that fluttered loudly, Benedict clearly realized how much she was tormented by this moment. She would rather die than live.
‘How interesting.’
Benedict became interested in her. Whenever he healed a wounded person, face to face, he would gain all the memories of the other person.
[ “I have no interest in the throne, Walter.” ]
Her voice, which didn’t contain a single hint of a lie, was filled with excitement that she couldn’t hide. The twinkling purple eyes closed with a smile.
[ “I will live like this, here with you, with the people I love. Here, Sernotti is my home.” ]
Calling this shabby place home, her heart was beating with warmth. Benedict couldn’t admit the fact.
The union between the two bodies grew stronger and more intense. Benedict was immersed in it so much that when he wiped it down with his hand, sweat was forming on his forehead, as if ceramic powder was on it. Traces of passion flowed from the place where they were joined.
[ “I love you, Walter. I love you.” ]
He could feel the fluttering soul finally slipping out of her body. At this rate, her soul could have escaped out of his reach. Benedict could not stop his movements, even though he knew that there were souls that could be forever separated from their bodies when tampering with the bodies of souls that refused to heal.
“Ah… you… why…?”
At the moment of her death, there was no accusation or resentment towards others in her head. There were only doubts.
Benedict moved his body more wildly. He injected an overflowing amount of holy energy into her body. But because she could not absorb the excessively flowing holy energy, her body flinched violently, yet Benedict did not stop peering into her memories.
All the Imperial family members he knew were selfish beings. Klawe’s blood, who took it for granted to sacrifice others for their own power, must have flowed in her veins.
Why on earth.
Why.
If she became Emperor, she could have changed Klawe’s blood-stained history. Benedict began to be genuinely angry that she had died in vain.
