When Song Qinghuan walked into the office, she noticed that nobody was burying their heads in their piles of work like before.
Instead, they looked at her in unplanned unison. Their gazes were strange.

Yu Yang raised her eyebrows and looked at Song Qinghuan curiously. “Manager Zhao’s superior is the general manager.”
“Your general manager is Shi An’nuo? The younger brother of the big boss?” Because of the issue surrounding her brother, Yan Pingdan, Song Qinghuan already knew the names of all the high-ranking staff at Era Group.
Yu Yang’s eyes lit up and she smiled at Song Qinghuan. “You know our general manager?”
Song Qinghuan waved her hands furiously. “I don’t know him. However, I heard he’s quite handsome.”
She was still probing. If the general manager was really handsome, he was most probably her husband. Yesterday, he went to meet the guest so Manager Zhao didn’t need to go anymore.
Yu Yang showed a dreamy smile. “What do you mean by quite handsome? Our general manager is extremely handsome.”
As she was speaking, Yu Yang suddenly felt puzzled. She asked curiously, “Qinghuan, do you know our general manager?”
She highly suspected that Song Qinghuan’s backer was the general manager.
Song Qinghuan shook her head. “No, I don’t know him. However, I heard he’s a handsome man so I was curious.”
Yu Yang nodded. However, from Yu Yang’s expression and gaze, she didn’t believe that. Instead, she looked as though she had discovered something new. When Song Qinghuan looked down, she raised her eyebrows and winked at her colleagues.
Thus, when Song Qinghuan went to the washroom, the people at the office immediately gathered around Yu Yang and asked, “So? Do you know who her backer is?”
Yu Yang mimicked Conan’s classic move and glanced at everyone with a sly gaze.
Then she placed one hand on her waist and the other on her chin. She smiled as though she was enlightened. “There’s only one truth! Her backer is our general manager.”
When she finished speaking, she stretched her hand and pointed in the direction of the general manager’s office on the 60th floor.
