Chapter 1: Something Was Wrong!

On Earth, in the bright blue sky above the endless sea.
A Boeing commercial plane was flying through the clouds.
Nobody noticed that a faintly glowing ball of light darted through the clouds toward the plane.
Inside the plane.
A dozen or so youths were startled awake.
None of them sensed anything amiss, and all of them were joyfully conversing with those sitting beside them.
“It’s so comfortable to sleep in the first-class cabin of an international airline.”
“This is all thanks to our very own class president. Thanks to his generosity and willingness to sponsor our trip, we could choose South Koandria as the destination for our graduation trip!”
“Thank you, Mr. Class President!”
“Mr. Class President, you’re awesome!”
–
Over at the VIP seat at the next window, Su Hei turned his face out the window and stared into the blue sky.
He only snapped back to reality when the chubby male beside him tapped him.
Seeing that his classmates were extending their warm and sincere appreciation toward him, Su Hei waved his hand in a dismissive gesture and then motioned for everyone to lower their voices. “For these three years, you all have cooperated fully with me with regard to my tasks as the class president. When we’ve arrived in South Koandria, go ahead and have fun. Don’t hold back. Don’t worry that I won’t be able to afford the expense. I only worry that you guys don’t dare to have your fill of fun.”
“Yes, Mr. Class President.”
–
These youths were all classmates. They had just ended their high school life which had been full of exams, and they decided to go on a trip together to celebrate their graduation from school.
As the class president, Su Hei felt that for the past three years, everyone respected him and got along well with one another. Hence, he willingly used his daily allowance to sponsor the entire class for their overseas trip.
“Hey, Su, can we really do anything we want?”
The chubby man sitting beside Su Hei tilted his head and asked.
“Of course. I’ve already told my dad’s secretary to make all the arrangements. Once we alight the plane, there’ll be someone fetching us. You guys can just instruct him to make the arrangements for you about where you want to go,” replied Su Hei.
“Are you serious!”
The chubby man pushed up his glasses and narrowed his eyes into a thin line. Suddenly, he chuckled lewdly.
“I saw online that those girls from South Koandria are incredibly gorgeous. I’ve been lusting after them for so long.”
“We should ask someone to arrange for a few dozen of them to come and have an erotic party with the boys in class.”
Upon hearing that, Su Hei could not help but roll his eyes at the chubby fellow.
The perverted chubby man was called Wang Dong. He was the bottom-feeder in class and the only one with bad grades.
His height was only 1.75 meters, but he weighed over 300 pounds.
He was so obese that if he stood by himself, everyone would mistake him to be a round ball of meat.
The worst thing was that Wang Dong’s face was so chubby that his features were difficult to ascertain through all the folds of skin and fat.
Even if he tried his best to open his eyes wide, all that flesh on his face pushed his eyes shut, reducing his vision to a slit of skin. When he smiled, it made him seem even more perverted.
Despite this, Wang Dong did have his strengths. At the very least, he had a powerful imagination.
When their classmates were stressing over how to score well on their essays, Wang Dong was already publishing novels online.
Even though he often received threatening letters from his readers, who mailed tiny knives to him, he could be considered a popular author.
Despite Wang Dong’s perverted and indecent behavior, he had a kind-hearted nature. Hence, Su Hei was willing to be friends with him.
“We’re going on a trip to a foreign country. Everything that you do will be a reflection of Corleon to the people around us. Can you not behave in such a salacious manner?” asked Su Hei.
Just as Su Hei finished his sentence, Wang Dong let out a piercing scream.
The obese man who was over 300 pounds almost flew out of his seat.
“Damn it! Who kicked me?” Wang Dong cursed.
He yelled and tried his best to turn around, only to see Li Hua, who was as sturdy as an iron tower, standing behind him.
Instantly, he became frightened and cowered a little.
“L-li Hua. You’re insane…”
His voice trailed off with one look from Li Hua. Wang Dong was so terrified that he dared not speak anymore.
“You’re such a disgusting and embarrassing man!” berated Li Hua.
Li Hua stared coldly at Wang Dong.
Seeing the two of them like that, Su Hei could not help but chuckle.
Li Hua and Wang Dong often quarreled, so it was nothing to worry about.
Li Hua was 1.89 meters tall. She was all muscles and brawn, and she had the build of a bodybuilder.
From the description alone, one would think of her as a bulky man but she was indeed a young maiden.
Li Hua’s father was the only Corleon basketball player who had entered the WBA World Professional Basketball League. As for Li Hua’s mother, she was an athlete who was the world champion in weightlifting.
Under the influence of her parents’ superb DNA, Li Hua would inevitably become a girl whose build could provide a sense of security to others.
Su Hei and Li Hua were neighbors. Once they started going to school, coincidentally, they were put in the same class every year.
Both of them were playmates since they were young, so they could be considered each other’s childhood sweethearts.
“Huahua, do you have any place you want to go?” asked Su Hei.
Only Su Hei could call Li Hua such an endearing term. No other men dared address Li Hua as that, not unless they had a death wish.
Without any hesitation, Li Hua immediately answered, “Jinyu wants to visit the Go1gym, and I intend to accompany her.”
Upon hearing that, Su Hei looked toward the girl who was sitting on Li Hua’s right.
Jiang Jinyu was famous for being an aloof beauty in school. She had good grades, but a cold personality. No matter their gender, she refused to allow anyone to get close to her.
Li Hua was the only one who she was on good terms with, and both of them consider each other as their best friend.
Su Hei was aware that Jiang Jinyu’s hobby was playing Go, so he was not surprised to hear that she had such a plan in mind.
“Recently, South Koandria’s Go players have started to surpass Corleon’s players. It’s not a bad idea to pay a visit to them. Once we get off the plane, I’ll get someone to make the arrangements for you,” said Su Hei.
Since Li Hua wanted to go, naturally, Su Hei would make all the arrangements for her.
When Su Hei finished his sentence, a male classmate in front of them snorted in disdain.
“Recently, indeed, South Koandria has come up with talented Go players, but it’s impossible that those people can surpass our local players.”
“Jinyu, my chess skills have improved quite a bit. If you don’t want to go out with the others, we can stay in the room and play Go. It’ll just be us two. What do you think?” the man said.
The male classmate who spoke was called Chu Chen.
Not only was he handsome, but he also had good grades. Hence, he had many fangirls in school.
Chu Chen was the person who Su Hei was most unwilling to bring along on that trip.
It was no secret that Chu Chen was interested in Jiang Jinyu.
He had confessed to Jiang Jinyu countless times, but every attempt was rejected by her.
Su Hei and Li Hua were good friends, so probably because of that, Jiang Jinyu was friendly toward Su Hei and treated him differently from others.
That caused Chu Chen to be green with envy. He was jealous of Su Hei and tried to go against Su Hei any chance he got.
Seeing that Su Hei was giving a good account of himself in front of Jiang Jinyu again, Chu Chen immediately spoke too, trying to show off.
“What do you think, Jinyu?”
Seeing that Jiang Jinyu was silent, Chu Chen urged her for an answer.
“I refuse.”
Jiang Jinyu’s reply, as usual, was to reject Chu Chen.
Chu Chen was unwilling to accept her rejection. He finally had a good reason and a chance to spend the night outside with Jiang Jinyu.
They were on a trip and would soon enjoy the wonderful views of the city landscape. If something were to happen between them…
Chu Chen felt an impulse to put into action the ever-present thought. He wanted to undo his seat belt and stand up to look for Jiang Jinyu.
Suddenly, a voice filled the cabin through the intercom with an announcement for everyone.
“Ladies and gentlemen, we have an emergency.”
“An hour ago, South Koandria and North Koandria had a military conflict. Just earlier, North Koandria has already seized the capital of South Koandria. To ensure our safety, the plane will make an emergency landing at the nearest airport instead of our original destination at South Koandria’s capital airport.”
“In addition, passengers from Corleon, we urge you not to panic. Our country has already started its evacuation operation. Once the plane lands, our foreign embassy team will be there to send us back home.”
“North Koandria has invaded South Koandria, and they are at war?” thought Su Hei.
He furrowed his brows, finding it hard to believe.
He looked out of the window and could vaguely see the mushroom-shaped clouds of smoke caused by explosions.
“This is bad, this is really bad!” he thought.
