Chapter 23: Good Looks

Chu Chen had no idea that his goal of the day had caused so much damage to Sun Kai, so he just continued to collect the rent.

If he had known what Sun Kai had experienced, Chu Chen would have apologized to him and changed the figure to 10 billion instead.

Twenty minutes later, Chu Chen returned to Koenigsegg with a bag full of cash.

“Collecting the rent is also a very difficult job, not sure how Senior Su manages to do that. She has ten buildings to cover!”

Chu Chen sighed emotionally.

He wondered—there were not so many people who knew that he lived here.

Opening the door, Chu Chen was startled at the sight of the girl standing at the doorstep. He had never expected that this was who knocked on his door at this hour.

It was none other than that beautiful neighbor of his standing in front of him, dressed in a different style of outfit.

She was wearing a long purple dress, looking quite noble.

“Hello, I was wondering if you have seen Baby?”

Yan Luoshui asked anxiously.

So this beautiful neighbour already had a baby?

Baby had no intention of being caught so easily, so he dodged.

For the first time in his life, Chu Chen met a Ragdoll cat resembling a white elf.

Chu Chen took hold of him when Yan Luoshui managed to get Baby’s attention.

Chu Chen had once asked Chu Chen for his sister’s picture so that he could pick up the right person.

But Chubby said that he had already sent Chu Chen’s picture to his sister, so she would approach him after spotting Chu Chen.
