The demon lord did not like to be called cute by others.
But this person was her most impressive underling. Yun Xia glanced at him and said nothing.
She was lenient towards people she respected.
“Go to sleep,” She said.
The little child nodded his head and his small hands grabbed her shirt. He snuggled into her embrace and leaned against the girl’s arms before closing his eyes.
The bus drove towards the zombie valley.
After confirming that the little child had slept, the group members stared at each other and stopped the bus at a corner in the zombie valley. They said to Yun Xia, “There seems to be a situation upfront, we’ll go down and have a look.”
The girl leaned sideways on the back of the chair and closed her eyes slightly. As she heard those words, she lifted her eyes up and curled her lips slightly, but did not say anything.
The few of them got out of the car.
Lu Ming was the last to leave. As he got down the car, he glanced at Yun Xia and slightly hesitated, but he did not say anything and closed the bus door in the end.
He did feel a little different towards Yun Xia.
But Yun Xia would not accept him.
Lu Ming was a little indignant and even felt that it would be great if Yun Xia died like this…
The group swiftly left the place.
On the bus, Yan Zhuo opened his eyes.
His whole body was leaning in the girl’s embrace and he had not wanted to leave her at the moment hence he continued to lean against her and opened his beautiful grayish-white eyes to stare at her.
The girl’s expression stayed slack as usual.
But Yan Zhuo thought that before he met her, she had been with these people.
These people were thinking about killing her all the time and even left her behind while they fled…
How could they treat her like this?
The bus was empty.
The rays of sunlight outside the window shone on the girl’s eyes and added warmth to that slack expression.
If he was not by her side, she would be alone on the bus now.
The surroundings were silent.
Yan Zhuo pursed his lips and his small hands hooked the girl’s fingers. “Xiaxia, you still have me.”
The great demon lord gave him a side glance. It was a little strange. Why did that child suddenly say that sentence?
Maybe he was pledging his loyalty… The great demon lord was quite happy and curled up her lips as she stroked his silver hair.
“Where are we going now?” The little zombie asked.
Yun Xia stood up. “Since we have come to the zombie valley, we can’t go back empty-handed. Each zombie has a crystal core in their brain. Let’s get some crystal cores.”
The little zombie touched his own brain. “Xiaxia, I have no crystal core.”
Yun Xia was speechless. “…”
She raised her hand and knocked on the little child’s head. “Even if you have one, I can’t possibly hammer your head to get the crystal core! Dumbass!”
She walked forward. Yan Zhuo raised his hand and touched the top of his head which Yun Xia knocked against. Then, he looked at his silver hair and could only carry it up before following behind Yun Xia.
“Remember to control the zombies to surround them. Don’t let them escape.” Yun Xia nonchalantly reminded him.
Yan Zhuo nodded his head.
…
Hence, the small group who left Yun Xia behind met the biggest crisis in their life.
Who could tell them the reason they were surrounded by so many zombies even after they immediately fled from the zombie valley? It was dark and they could not see the end at all!
Shen Qingqing was so scared until her legs went wobbly.
Initially, she was still in great spirits as she thought that she could return to her old life after leaving Yun Xia.
Just thinking about the other party’s death, Shen Qingqing was elated.
These few days, her clothes were torn, she was slapped, she helped zombies shower and even had her hair cut… all the hatred gathered together and she could finally feel carefree now.
Yet the happy mood was not sustained for long as they were quickly surrounded by zombies.
What was going on…
This shouldn’t be happening?
