- Chapter 83-1 - I’ll Just Be Friends With My Ex-Husband Chapter 83-1
“Gerald, I…” Louella was overwhelmed. It felt like she had the duty to say something, but there were no words that came out of her lips.
It just crossed her mind. Is it really good to remember the past? What weight does Gerald have to remember his past life?
“Gerald.”
“Why are you looking at me like that?” Gerald leaned over her. Louella replied, “Well… How do I look?”
“You have a face that looks like you’re going to cry. Is it really that sad for you that I will graduate?” Gerald asked playfully.
You know it’s not like that. Who’s the one who just gave me a break? Didn’t you want me to notice? Gerald could remember everything, and he can’t even forget the past that originated from her and even the new beginnings they experienced now.
Gerald held Louella’s hand. And it was Louella who had stuck with Gerald again.
“Stay with me today.” She just wanted to do the same.
She wanted to embrace her past. It was nothing special. Just like that, she accepted it.

Gerald mingled with the students. He was in the front seat. Louella stayed away from the other students while attending the academy. She couldn’t forget the words stuck in her mind.
It was Gerald who made Louella sick. If Gerald hadn’t done that, if he had looked back at least once, Louella wouldn’t have had to be in such pain. Of course, it was still a little weird to spill that word just now.
He didn’t want Louella to see the others. At any moment, especially in this crowded place, Louella wanted to see Gerald as a man. Gerald sighed softly.
The emotions accumulated during the life he repeated were getting stronger. Now this obsessive love he had sometimes made him feel overwhelmed. Nevertheless, when he watched Louella smile, all of the painful memories were forgotten and his mind brightened again.
He must have been going crazy. Gerald swept over his hair. He couldn’t understand himself. Gerald turned his head. He saw Louella was looking only at him. Just as Gerald had hoped. It was worthwhile to stimulate Louella’s mind and remind her of her past.
[Smart Logan. A clever Logan. You’re taking Louella’s eyes again this time. As I hoped, you’re doing well.]
It was his third time now. This is his last chance. Gerald was always desperate for Louella. Now, he couldn’t think of himself without Louella. Louella was Gerald’s companion all along and his everything.
However, he sent a proposal from the Imperial Palace, and he was sure that the Crown Prince did that. Finally, Ernst pushed ahead with his will. He didn’t like the way he looked at Louella. He hated those eyes that seemed like they would covet Louella from him.
He just wanted to live alone with Louella. But Louella had many precious people around her. Gerald and her parents, Alexid, and Flora. Everything else Louella had was precious to him as well. Gerald did not dare to take them away from her.
To Louella, he couldn’t control these infinite feelings he had for her. Gerald somehow felt like a butterfly caught in a spider’s web.
You can’t get out of Louella’s captivity. Tonight, let’s be together. Gerald rubbed his mouth. Of course, he didn’t want to get away with her grasp.

It wasn’t hard to make an alibi. It was Gerald’s graduation ceremony, and a graduation forum was held and invited most nobles in the academy. Just by spending time there with Flora, Louella said that she would return home late at night, her alibi was already established.
Merce, who couldn’t hide her suspicious eyes, had no choice but to allow it. The adults returned to their mansions, and Gerald took Louella on top of the academy building. It was a place where everything could be seen at a glance.
It was March. It was the time when the cold winds receded and warmth could already be felt. Students that were walking around the academy could be seen even though the graduation ceremony was already over. Lights from the forum’s auditorium were embroidered at the academy’s garden.
Where Gerald and Louella headed was not the auditorium where the forum was held. He took Louella’s hand and went up the stairs. Louella stared at Gerald, who opened the rooftop door with a surprised face.
“What, what? Was it originally like this? It could be opened?”
“No way.” Gerald dragged Louella onto the roof and locked the door back.
