King of Perspective Vision - Chapter 4
Chapter 4: Small Test (2)
The short man swore, and viciously kicked over the grandma who still hadn’t reacted. He swiftly took out a switchblade and warned, “Damn brat, don’t meddle in other people’s business. Get out of my way, or I’ll let you have a taste of the knife!”
“Oh my god!”
As she the grandma to the ground, a basket of eggs rolled down; most of them turned into lumps of egg yolk. It looked very miserable.
As an ordinary person, encountering a thief wielding a switchblade made them instinctively feel fear. Cui Hao was no exception. He subconsciously used his eye vision and was surprised to find that the short man charging towards him was slowing down, becoming slower and slower. This was a strange phenomenon. He was very clear that the other party would not be so slow, so there was only one explanation for it. The vision eye could slow down the moving speed of the object in his eyes!
“That’s great! I’ll fight!”
With the help of his Penetrating Eye, Cui Hao flapped his arms and easily dodged the attack of the short man’s switchblade. At the same time, he fiercely punched the thief, knocking him to the ground with a boom, sending the switchblade flying far away.
“Spare me. I’ll hand over the money!”
The short man was scared to the point of sh*tting his pants. Ignoring the severe pain in his chest, he hurriedly placed the small bag on the ground and scrambled out of the hospital. If a thief were caught, he would be locked up in the police station. The short man had just finished his sentence and didn’t want to go back inside.
“Auntie, how are you doing?” Squatting down, Cui Hao asked.
Covering her waist painfully, the grandma gratefully said, “Young man, thank you! My money!. Please bring it over quickly to the hospital. I don’t dare to lose it!”
“Well, thank you, young man.” With a simple and honest smile, the grandma’s face was full of gratitude.
Cui Hao wasn’t lying. He did learn medicine from a lonely old man at the orphanage. At that moment, he started to massage his grandma’s waist while activating his X-ray vision.
After briefly interacting with the grandma, Cui Hao found out about her situation. She and her husband were all cleaning workers. Her only son died at the construction site. As a result, three days ago, the grandpa suddenly fell ill and was sent to the hospital. At this point, she nervously indicated that she didn’t have enough money. However, she heard that there were some inspection items that weren’t needed in the hospital, so she brought some eggs from her family and wanted to give them to the doctor, hoping to reduce the number of examination items.
Cui Hao deeply sympathized with this pair of elders. Since he had nothing better to do, he decided to help his grandma out of her predicament.
There weren’t many people in the Bone Pain Department. Inside the doctor’s office, a middle-aged man wearing a white coat was happily playing with his phone. He didn’t notice that Cui Hao and the woman had already pushed open the door and walked in.
“Doctor, I want to ask you…” With a bashful smile, the grandma opened her mouth.
“Gah!”
Only after being suddenly disturbed did the middle-aged doctor notice the two of them. He jumped in fright, and when he found out that they weren’t part of the hospital’s inspection team, he felt relieved. In a fit of rage, he turned off his cell phone, his tone full of anger, “What are you doing? Do you think that this is your house? Do you think that you can just walk in without knocking? This is the doctor’s office! Go out immediately and knock on the door. Only if I agree to it can you come in! ”
Stunned, the uneasiness on the woman’s face deepened. Cui Hao furrowed his brows and was about to throw a fit.
Standing outside the door, the woman lightly knocked on the door. With a trembling voice, she asked, “Doctor, can I come in?”
Seeing that these two were so easily bullied, it was evident that they were countryside bumpkins who had never seen the world before. The middle-aged doctor gave a disdainful smile, and only after the woman knocked on the door and asked three times did he impatiently say, “You two, come in.”
