Let’s Divorce! - Chapter 13
Chapter 13: Entering The Bedroom
Mu Hua knew Xia Ran’s personality. If he didn’t kiss her, she definitely wouldn’t go up.
Moreover, he really wanted to kiss that pink and tender face.
Thus, Mu Hua kissed her directly. Then, he said dotingly and helplessly, “Alright, go up quickly and sleep early.”
“Alright, since you kissed me, I’ll keep my word. But you have to come up early. If you don’t hug me, I won’t be able to sleep!” Xia Ran said ambiguously.
She wanted Zhu Qian to know that they were usually loving and that she had to hug him even when she slept.
Zhu Qian’s nails turned white from the force.
After watching Xia Ran go up the stairs, she put on an aggrieved expression. “Mu Hua, I know that you two have a relationship now, but I’m your future wife. Have you never considered my feelings when you guys are so ambiguous?”
She started to cry.
Xia Ran actually didn’t enter her room to sleep. Instead, she hid at the stairs on the second floor. When she heard Zhu Qian’s cries, she rolled her eyes.
How could she reserve herself as his wife?
She didn’t want to give up her position!
Xia Ran didn’t want to hear what the man would answer next. She was afraid that she would hear something that would hurt her and that she couldn’t help but be angry.
There were still two years left. She had to calm down!
“She’s still young. That’s how she is,” Mu Hua replied calmly.
“But you’re not young anymore. You should know what’s more important.” Zhu Qian wiped her tears and looked at the handsome man in front of her with infatuation. “Mu Hua, if it wasn’t for the fact that I can’t have a child, I really want you to divorce her immediately. We just need her to leave us a child, right?”
Mu Hua didn’t answer. His expression was indifferent.
Zhu Qian was unwilling to accept this and continued, “That car accident back then made me lose the ability to be a mother, but I accept it. Now, I only want to have a complete family. Mu Hua, you promised me that you would marry me!”
At the mention of the car accident, Mu Hua’s expression changed because he was the culprit.
It was he who caused Zhu Qian to be unable to be a mother. He also promised back then that he would marry her.
Now, it wasn’t wrong for Zhu Qian to ask him to fulfill his promise.
“Yes, I know what to do. Go and rest first.” Mu Hua didn’t want to say anything else. He also felt very conflicted now.
Zhu Qian knew that she couldn’t push him too hard and stood up. “Alright, I’ll go and rest first. Mu Hua, trust me. When we get married in the future, we will be very happy.”
With that, Zhu Qian went to rest.
Mu Hua sat in the living room alone for a while before returning to the bedroom.
Xia Ran was still awake and was looking through the journals she had made in the past. When she saw Mu Hua return, she asked, “Where is she?”
“She went to sleep,” Mu Hua replied.
“Why did you let her sleep in our house?” Xia Ran was unwilling and asked gloomily.
“Don’t worry about these things. Sleep.” Mu Hua didn’t want to explain.
Xia Ran felt uncomfortable. Her love rival was sleeping in her house. How could she sleep?
She walked over and continued to ask, “How long is she going to sleep at our house? Is she leaving tomorrow?”
“She can leave if she wants to. If she doesn’t want to, she won’t have to leave.” Mu Hua laid on the bed with his eyes closed. His words stunned Xia Ran. What did he mean?
Could it be that Zhu Qian was going to enter the family?
Mu Hua continued, “Ranran, don’t be calculative with her because these are hers to begin with.”
It was Zhu Qian’s to begin with. This was what he had promised.
Xia Ran’s tears almost fell again. She finally held them back with much effort.
How could all of this be Zhu Qian’s? It was clearly her marriage, her man, and her home!
If it was someone else, it would be a different scene. It definitely wouldn’t be everything they had now.
Realizing that Xia Ran had stopped talking, Mu Hua opened his eyes and saw a little girl standing by the bed with red eyes but biting her lip and refusing to cry. Her expression was really heartbreaking.
“I said that we won’t get a divorce within two years. What are you still worried about?” Mu Hua held Xia Ran’s hand and sat up.
Xia Ran choked on her tears. “Then can you promise me not to interact with that woman before we get a divorce? Or, try not to interact with her. Otherwise, what’s the point of these two years?”
She was simply a thorn in her heart that made her unable to rest easy.
Mu Hua hesitated for a moment. When he saw Xia Ran’s tears fall, he couldn’t help but agree. “Alright, I’ll explain it to her tomorrow. Don’t cry, okay? You’re like a kitten.”
Then, he pulled Xia Ran into his arms and comforted her gently.
