Before she could click on the trending topics, she saw a movie poster on the front page—the person on it was Luo Yichen!

She quickly clicked on it. His name was on the movie’s cast—the male lead was Luo Yichen.

Luo Yichen had debuted a few years ago and immediately gained popularity. He was an established actor. He had just won the Silver Bear for Best Leading Performance at the Berlin International Film Festival this year—the youngest actor in history to win an award for Best Leading Performance—he was only 21 years old! Qu Ling’er suddenly felt very stupid. If she had taken a few hard looks online, she would have recognized Luo Yichen. If his fans found out that she had gotten into his car and lived in his house without knowing who he was, she would probably be abused online!

Just then, Xia Tian sent a video call request. Qu Ling’er looked around and immediately returned to the study with her cell phone.

She suddenly heard a sound at the door—hurriedly said goodbye to Xia Tian and ended the video call. Putting down her cell phone, she stood up and walked to the living room.

At the entrance, Luo Yichen was dragging his luggage into the house. When he looked up, their eyes met unexpectedly.

Luo Yichen came back alone—Assistant Liu was not with him. When he saw Qu Ling’er, he closed the door.

Qu Ling’er quickly went forward and took the luggage. “Let me help you carry it.”

Luo Yichen did not refuse. He changed his shoes and followed her into the bedroom.

Qu Ling’er was still in shock after finding out about Luo Yichen’s identity. She was occupied with anxious thoughts of how to get along with Luo Yichen and did not realize that he had followed her into the bedroom. She set down the luggage—turned around and bumped into Luo Yichen.

Luo Yichen was about to speak when he saw her turn around and fall into his arms. He instinctively reached out to receive her and they ended up in a hug. A fragrance wafted over. In that moment, his heart skipped a beat and he suddenly did not want to let go.
