Chapter 54: Jiang Zhi Caught in the Act (Part 1)
“Come pour me a drink.” Jiang Zhi ordered.
The boy toy shuffled forward at a snail’s pace. From time to time, he’d steal glances at Jiang Zhi with his pair of watery eyes. His actions were visibly hesitant as it took quite a while for him to present the glass of alcohol to Jiang Zhi and with trembling hands at that.
He smelled faintly of men’s cologne which was not at all overwhelming.
Be that as it may, Jiang Zhi still felt that it offended his senses. Despite his own instincts warning him against it, he downed the entire glass of alcohol in one go before looking up at the other guy. “Is this your first night working this job?”
The man with the cool face possessed an air unique to his own. At his own pace, he sat down and rested his hands on Jiang Zhi’s thigh.
“Is this fine?” The man gazed into Jiang Zhi’s eyes as his hands slowly crept up his leg. Observing him at such a close distance, it was surprising how well-kept this man’s eyebrows were. “What about this, Master Jiang?”
Nothing about this man’s seduction technique was even remotely feminine, which Jiang Zhi supposedly despised to the very core. It was apparent that this man was well-experienced in this sort of activity.
Jiang Zhi remained silent.
The man’s hand continued to move up the contour of Jiang Zhi’s legs, soon approaching his inner thigh…
“That’s enough.”
Jiang Zhi stood up from his seat. “Get out.” His hands were pressed firmly against his abdomen and a barely visible layer of sweat had appeared on his forehead. The young master could no longer contain his frustrations, and with swollen veins on his neck, he yelled, “Get out! All of you!”
“Not satisfied?” Qiao Nanchu felt slightly concerned when he saw Jiang Zhi’s face growing paler by the second. “Would you like me to order a new batch of ’em?”
A hostile look surfaced on Jiang Zhi’s face. He gulped down a glass of imported whiskey on ice before exiting the room.
Ah Wan hastily caught up with his young master.
Walking over to the doorway, Xue Baoyi was greeted with the sight of Jiang Zhi bent over coughing, all while trying to escape from the room of male entertainers. No matter how hard he tried, he just couldn’t understand what was up with his friend. “What’s up with Brother Zhi?”
Xue Bingxue who had stayed silent throughout the entire ordeal replied, “Jiang Zhi’s beginning to suspect that he’s straight now.”
“Oh,” responded Xue Baoyi while wearing an expression as if he had achieved complete spiritual enlightenment.
Jiang Zhi returned 10 minutes later with a ghost-like face.
“Where’d you go?” asked Xue Baoyi who was sitting across the room.
Jiang Zhi didn’t bother replying to his question, so Ah Wan did so in his master’s stead. “Boss went out to throw up.”
“…”
‘Is this what they call a fake gay?’
Jiang Zhi propped himself up on the sofa, and forcing his tired eyes open, he ordered, “Get some girls over.”
‘Again?’
Ah Wan was a little worried that the young master’s body might not be able to withstand what was about to come.
Xue Baoyi jumped up on his feet enthusiastically. “Manager You, send a few girls over. We want a few from each type.”
Xue Bingxue was utterly disgusted by how shameless his nephew was acting.
Qiao Nanchu wrapped a blanket over Jiang Zhi’s shoulders. “You’re still pretty sick, huh?”
“Yeah,” mumbled the teary-eyed Jiang Zhi between his coughs.
His throat itched so badly that he couldn’t stop coughing. He then reached out toward his glass of alcohol.
Qiao Nanchu picked it up and placed it further away. “That isn’t gonna help.” He grabbed a clean glass and filled it with milk. “You should stop drinking that already. Here, have this instead.”
At that moment, a line of women entered the room. Under Xue Baoyi’s command, they all stood single file, as the men had done minutes ago, with their heads held high. In a matter of seconds, the entire room was filled with the potent smell of women’s perfume.
Jiang Zhi clutched his belly as he emptied the contents of his stomach onto the floor. He couldn’t move even a single muscle after that, only his eyes moving around as he scanned the girls.
Among the 8 young ladies, there were girls with different body types, different eye shapes, and each radiated a distinct aura. Some appeared shy and bashful while some seemed more assertive than actual men.
After all, a successful hookup with an heir of the imperial capital’s Jiang family guaranteed a life filled with riches.
At least, that was what the girl in the red dress had in mind. She walked up to Jiang Zhi gracefully, and as if she hadn’t even a single bone in her body, she leaned toward the young master.
“Young Master~”
The pungent combination of rose-scented perfume and cosmetics bombarded Jiang Zhi’s nose…
His expression changed in an instant, and retracting his hand under his shirtsleeve, he pushed the girl away with a single finger. As he did so, his eyes projected a look of disgust which almost paralyzed the girl through sheer intimidation.
“Ah Wan.”
Ah Wan jogged over.
The girl was pushed to the far end of the sofa. Jiang Zhi, who sat on the other end, removed his coat.
“Get them out of here.” He muttered powerlessly. “Get! Them! All! Out! Of! Here!”
‘Is he gonna pass out?’
Ah Wan, not wanting to waste any more time, led the girls away. Even from afar, the young master’s coughing sounded worse than before. Fearing that Jiang Zhi might cough his lungs out, he turned back to check on him every now and then.
Jiang Zhi was panting heavily on the sofa, his eyes bloodshot and large beads of sweat pouring out from his pores.
‘Oh right, the boss hated the smell of roses.’
Suddenly remembering this, Ah Wan couldn’t help but start to dislike the girl in the red dress. Rudely, he dragged the woman out of the room. Just as he shut the door behind him, someone’s unexpected appearance almost made him jump out of his skin. “B-boss, Miss Zhou is her-”
It was too late. Xue Baoyi, the loudspeaker-turned-man, yelled out loudly, “Don’t be discouraged, Brother Zhi. Have no fear, for I, the Second Master, shall present you with the trump card.”
