Chapter 29 Player: Zhan Zhouzhou
The film disappeared, and Li Zheng’s first reaction was to look around the room, searching for the player.
The room wasn’t big, and it was metallic. In the center, a bald figure was holding a long sword and seemed to be practicing sword arts.
After locking on to the player, the detector provided the player’s identity.

“Zhan Zhouzhou?”
Li Zheng heaved a sigh of relief when he saw who the other party was. They were barely acquaintances, so there shouldn’t be any unpleasant events.
“Hello!”
Li Zheng walked over and greeted her with a smile.
Zhan Zhouzhou, who was focused on practicing her swordsmanship, stood with her sword sheathed when she heard someone walk in.
“The one with the surname Li!”
After seeing Li Zheng’s face clearly, Zhan Zhouzhou’s eyebrows raised. She was furious and charged forward with her sword.
“I’m going to kill you!”
Zhan Zhouzhou gritted her teeth and quickened her pace, raising her sword to slash at Li Zheng.
The sharp blade glinted with a cold light, causing Li Zheng’s hair to stand on end. He fled to the side and shouted, “are you f*cking crazy? You want to kill me the moment you see me?”
(Safe.]
The Desert Eagle slid into his hand, and Li Zheng was about to shoot when he saw the word on the detector’s lens.
“Is the detector broken? This woman tried to kill me with a sword, and it said that I am safe? Tsk…”
His movement was too big, and it hurt his ribs. “No…” Li Zheng groaned in pain. “If this goes on, my injuries will get worse.” “I need to stop her!”
Li Zheng endured the pain and leaped forward. He turned around and pointed his gun at Zhan Zhou, warning her, “hey, I don’t want to hurt a lady, but if you attack me again, I won’t be…cough cough…”
Before he could finish, Li Zheng coughed non-stop due to his injuries.
Zhan Zhouzhou didn’t panic at all with a gun pointed at her. She raised her pretty willow-shaped eyebrows. “You’re injured?”
As she spoke, she took a step forward.
“Swish!”
The Desert Eagle switched to its special shooting mode and fired a shot at the ground in front of Zhan Zhouzhou. The snake grass needle was crushed into powder, and a shallow pit the size of a finger appeared on the metal ground.
Li Zheng clutched his chest, his face contorted in pain. “If you take another step forward, I won’t hesitate to shoot you!”
“Ha.”
Zhan Zhouzhou sneered and stopped in her tracks. She suddenly asked, “have you ever heard of a saying?”
Her sudden change of topic caught Li Zheng off guard. “What?”
“Seven steps away, the gun is faster.”
“Then what about within seven steps?”
Li Zheng suddenly had a bad feeling.
“The sword is faster!”
Before he could finish his sentence, Zhan Zhouzhou took two steps forward. With a slight shake of her wrist, the tungsten steel longsword hit Li Zheng’s hand at a speed that was not detectable by the naked eye.
“Ding
The metals collided, and Li Zheng felt a strange force hit the spear. His fingers slipped, and the Desert Eagle fell to the ground.
“F*ck!”
Li Zheng’s expression changed when he lost his weapon. He took a few steps back to put some distance between them.
“So?!
Zhan Zhouzhou retracted her sword and raised her pretty eyebrows. “I’ve been practicing this movement for more than ten years. You’re not the first one whose weapon I knocked off, and you won’t be the last.”
111
Li Zheng fell silent. If it wasn’t for the fact that the detector didn’t alert him of any danger, he wouldn’t have given his opponent the chance to attack.
However, looking at Zhan Zhouzhou’s swordsmanship, it would be difficult to fight her without activating his platinum-grade special ability.
Now that he had lost his weapon and was injured, he had become a fish on an anvil, waiting to be slaughtered.
“
“
Li Zheng looked at her coldly, as if he was a man who would rather be killed than humiliated.
“Tsk~”
Zhan Zhouzhou was silent for a while. Finally, she pursed her lips and said, “fine, I won’t bully you since you’re injured.”
“But…”
As she said that, the tungsten sword in her hand disappeared and was replaced by another item. She gently pushed the switch and it made a buzzing sound.
Li Zheng’s expression changed when he saw the item, and he turned around to escape.
“Stop!”
S
Zhan Zhouzhou was not injured like Li Zheng and was much more agile. She had only run a few steps before he grabbed Li Zheng by the back of his collar.
“Still trying to escape?”
Li Zheng struggled with all his might but to no avail. He straightened his neck and roared, “Zhan Zhouzhou, we have nothing to do with each other. You can kill me, but you’re going too far if you want to sexually-assault me!”
“Bah! You wish!”
“Hmph!” Zhan Zhouzhou scoffed. “You think we have nothing to do with each other, but in reality, we are great enemies!”
She pointed at her bald head and shouted, “why do you think I have this hairstyle? It’s all because of you!”
“You’re talking nonsense!”
“F*ck!” Li Zheng cursed. “This is the first time we’ve met. How could I have the chance to shave your hair?!”
“Do you still remember the flame flower that we traded previously?”
“I remember. The deal is done. You can’t possibly do such a cruel thing to me just because you didn’t get the special ability,
right?”
“Heh, if it’s just that, I would have accepted it.”
“Then… no way, it couldn’t be…”
Li Zheng looked at Zhan Zhouzhou’s bald head and thought of a possibility.
“That’s right!”
Zhan Zhouzhou gritted her teeth and said, “my beautiful black hair was burnt to nothing because of the side effect!”
“Hmm?”
“You were the one who agreed to the exchange,” Li Zheng retorted. “What does it have to do with me? You can’t blame me for this, can you?”
“Hmph,” she snorted.
Zhan Zhouzhou lifted her chin. “I’m a girl!”
“So what if you’re a girl? The side effects won’t be triggered if you’re a girl? A girl can cut someone else’s hair…stop it!”
“I mean, you’re actually trying to reason with a girl?”
After Zhan Zhouzhou said this unreasonable statement, she didn’t say anything more. She raised the shaver and pressed Li Zheng down to shave his hair.
“Buzz buzz buzz …”
Three minutes later, Li Zheng had the same bald head as Zhan Zhouzhou’s.
“You’re too unreasonable!”
Zhan Zhouzhou let go of Li Zheng and looked at him carefully for a moment before saying with satisfaction, “it’s so clean. Why didn’t I realize that I had this skill before? If I had known, I would’ve opened a barbershop.”
“You want to open a barbershop?”
Li Zheng rolled his eyes and cleaned up the hair on his body.”Which barbershop only shaves heads?”
“Why not?”
Zhan Zhouzhou put away her shaver and said confidently, “I’ll only shave the heads of middle-aged and elderly men who are losing hair.”
“Then you’ll make a loss.”
Li Zheng couldn’t be bothered with her. He went over to pick up the Desert Eagle and put it away. He walked to the side and sat down alone. He took out the trembling Chirpy and two fallen ginseng flowers from his pocket. He and his pet began to eat.
He did not give Zhan Zhouzhou a single flower.
“Tsk! You’re a man, but you’re angry because of this?”
Zhan Zhouzhou came over and looked at the fallen ginseng flower in his hand. She pouted and went back to her capsule residence to get a piece of roasted meat. “Here, I’ll treat you to some meat.” “Ha.”
Li Zheng snorted coldly and pouted at Chirpy, “don’t you see there’s another one here? How is this enough?” “Is this your pet?” Zhan Zhouzhou looked at Chirpy and asked.
“How rare!”
“What else could it be?” Li Zheng scoffed.
“Chirp?”
Chirpy raised its head in confusion.
“Wait.”
Zhan Zhouzhou returned to her capsule. When she came out again, she was holding three pieces of roasted meat.
He walked to Li Zheng and gave him two pieces. “here, for the sake of this little creature, I’ll give you an extra piece.” “This is more like it.’
Li Zheng gave some to Chirpy and took a bite himself. He frowned slightly. “Why is there no smell at all? Can’t you go to the trading room to buy a bottle of salt?”
“You’re too much.”
Zhan Zhouzhou sat down beside him, teasing Chirpy as she ate. She said in a disdainful tone, “choosing beggars. It’s good enough to have something to eat.” “Chirp~”
Chirpy hugged Li Zheng’s finger and made a face at Zhan Zhouzhou, then turned her butt to her.
“Little creature, I’m not talking about you.”
Zhan Zhouzhou found it funny. She flicked it with her finger and stopped teasing it.
“Chirp, chirp!” Chirpy complained loudly, but then remembered that Li Zheng was no match for this bad woman, so it rubbed the part that had been flicked, feeling wronged.
“It was just born not long ago. Don’t scare it.” Li Zheng’s heart ached as he moved her hand away.
Zhan Zhouzhou looked at Li Zheng’s bald head and chuckled. “Alright, I am not angry at you anymore.
“We are even now.”
“I don’t owe you anything in the first place!” Li Zheng replied.
Zhan Zhouzhou smiled but did not reply. For a moment, the room was silent.
“Eh? I just saw that your swordsmanship was very good. Where did you learn it?”
“It’s a family legacy.”
“Oh? There are still people who practice this in modern society?”
“Ignorant!”
“Can you tell me in detail?”
“Oh, let me introduce myself. I’m Zhan Zhouzhou from Zhejiang and Hangzhou, from a family of swordsmen.”
“Oh…it’s an honor to meet you!”
“Right.”
“Don’t they all say that in shows about martial arts?”
“My family participates in international sword fighting competitions. How dare you compare us to TV shows?”
“Sword-fighting competitions? Have you participated in it before?”
“Of course. I’ve been the champion of three provincial competitions!”
“Oof! I didn’t know that you’re so awesome.”
“But there were only three contestants each time…”
“Uh…that’s pretty amazing.”
“The other two are my father and my grandfather…”
“Did your family rig the competition?”
“What are you saying? I defeated them with my own strength!”
“Yes, yes, I believe you.”
“Whatever.”
“Eh? Do you think I have the talent to practice martial arts?”
“You?”
Zhan Zhouzhou looked Li Zheng up and down and laughed scornfully. “Hehe.”
Half an hour later, the two parted ways.
Li Zheng chose a blue metal door labeled “Safe (material)” and swiped his card.
After opening the door, he stepped into the room without hesitation.
