My Guardian Mr Bo - Chapter 49
Chapter 49: Take Your Hands Away!
Stunned, her brain became blank. An Ge’er felt something was amiss in the midst of this whole thing.
As a result, she had forgotten to get up from the seat until the door suddenly opened. A refreshing and handsome man who was wearing a black bathrobe came in.
“What are you doing here?” He paused in the motion of drying his black fringe with a towel and looked at the little lass with a weird expression. Bo Yan’s almond-shaped eyes suddenly narrowed and looked at her with furrowed brows.
“Ah… Erm, erm… Little Uncle, I brought you some coffee.”
An Ge’er swiftly stood up, but she realized that the folder with her photos was still open on the laptop. She blushed instantly. Although she wanted to delete them, she could not do it in front of him.
Bo Yan was staring at her face the entire time. His expression became solemn when he saw her gaze moving across his laptop.
He took a few steps forward. His eyes darkened when he saw the photos on the desktop. At the same time, he secretly heaved a sigh of relief.
It was still alright. She didn’t see the more important ones.
He sat down, took a look at her, and then glanced at the cup of coffee. He lifted the cup slowly and sipped. Then, he simply gazed at the blushing lass, who was at her wits’ end for trying her best to express her thoughts.
His meaning was obvious: Shouldn’t she at least explain why she was peeping into his laptop?
An Ge’er felt even more awkward. Little Uncle had saved her photos on his laptop deliberately. Shouldn’t he at least explain why since she had discovered them now?
However, she wasn’t as calm as a certain man. She bit her lips and said, “Little Uncle, erm… Since I am already staying here, the endorsement deal that we were talking about earlier…”
Bo Yan suddenly put the cup of coffee in his hands onto the table. It made quite a sound.
An Ge’er’s heart dropped. She looked at his expressionless face, clenched her teeth, and spoke persistently, “Is Little Uncle going to eat your words and go back on your promise?”
Bo Yan looked at her cautious expression…
“Come over here.”
An Ge’er complied obediently. However, her heartbeats couldn’t help but begin to accelerate as she got closer.
She was so useless.
Little Uncle had just bathed, and a clean scent lingered on his body. Wearing the bathrobe loosely, his hair was still a little wet. The water droplets were flowing along his neck onto his chest. From her angle, she could vaguely see his sturdy and well-built chest. He was emanating indescribably lazy sexiness.
“Gulp.” A certain lass swallowed her saliva subconsciously.
Bo Yan opened up another folder. He turned his head and looked at her when he heard the sound. “What?”
An Ge’er blushed. “Cough, erm… I’m thirsty.” Only she knew what was exactly going on.
“Drink it if you’re thirsty.”
He pushed the cup of coffee in front of her as if he hadn’t seen her awkwardness.
An Ge’er did whatever Little Uncle told her to, as if her brain had short-circuited. She only felt the coffee had a clean scent from a certain man amidst the bitterness as she drank.
Suddenly, she froze.
Oh, no. This was the cup that Little Uncle had just drank from…
That meant they were kissing indirectly!?
An Ge’er panicked and quickly put down the cup. However, her hands shook accidentally and spilled the coffee onto his bathrobe and body.
“Ah, I’m sorry, Little Uncle. Sorry!” An Ge’er swiftly took some tissues, bent down, and wiped for him as she clenched her teeth and blamed herself for her clumsiness.
Bo Yan saw her hands moving onto his lower body, and his gaze instantly darkened. “Take your hands away!”
