Chapter 37 No Martial Virtue
A cold light flashed
Blood spurted.
Even if Komiri struggled hard to avoid it, Kane would not let him escape so easily.
His bound arm was pulled by the spider silk. Even if he tried his best to dodge, he still took the swing
Nearly half of the thick arm was cut open. Blood spurted from the huge wound as the force pressed on it.

Such a wound also weakened his left arm, making it powerless to fight Kane’s spider silk.
Komiri made a prompt decision. He had to break free of the spider silk immediately.
The machete in his right hand cut through Kane’s spider silk.
Breaking free of the spider silk, Komiri jumped back two steps to avoid the attack from the Centaur. He was panting heavily.
“I’ve really underestimated you. Looks like I have to deal with you, a little brat who only knows how to make a sneak attack.”
He finally realized how annoying Kane was. With this person harassing him from afar, he couldn’t do anything to the centauress in front of him.
He would even be injured again by these two people.
At that thought, he seemed to use some skill. His entire body grew larger, and his muscles swelled.
The wound on his arm was also stopped by the compression of the muscles on both sides.
After the transformation was complete, he immediately jumped in Kane’s direction.
Ejection started.
The ground was directly hit by the huge impact, raising circles of dust.
Komiri jumped straight at Kane, completely ignoring the centauress on the ground.
Seeing this, Clea quickly rushed to Kane’s position, wanting to stop him when he attacked.
Kane had fought so many dungeon monsters since he awakened his origin skill.
All monsters who wanted to rush quickly to Kane’s side and fight him hand-to-hand generally went through a necessary process.
That was to be made a fool of, by invisible obstacles.
In the air, just as he was about to land, Komiri instantly sensed that something was wrong below him, but he could no longer adjust his landing point in the air.
Seeing that he was about to land, Kane rolled away.
Bang!
“Despicable brat, I must kill you!”
In the scattered dust of the landing, Komiri shouted. From the trill in his voice, it was clear that he was badly injured.
Kane didn’t panic when he saw him jumping at him. In fact, he was secretly delighted.
All kinds of transparent walls and obstacles.
These had already filled the surroundings after he probably knew his landing spot,
The bottom of the landing spot was already filled with spiked traps.
In the air, there was no way to dodge without leverage. All he could do was curl up and protect his vital parts.
As the dust settled, the bloody Komiri got up.
The sight of an arrow with a physical body on his thigh made Kane smile uncontrollably.
He shouted to Clea, who was rushing over. “Don’t fight him head-on. Just stall him.”
Hearing this, Clea slowed down.
“Do you think you can run away this way? I’ll tear you apart bit by bit.”
Komiri heard Kane and couldn’t help but roar a threat at him.
Seeing that he wanted to chat, Kane was in no hurry.
“Still barking here? Why don’t you think about how you’re going to live? Your life is like a candle in the wind.”
Hearing Kane’s words, Clea didn’t go forward to attack. Instead, she came in front of Kane and blocked Komiri’s path.
“You treacherous monkey. I’ll come and twist your head off in a minute.”
The muscles in his body pressed against each other. The wound slowly closed and stopped bleeding.
He plucked the arrow from his body and threw it to the ground.
Clea saw the arrow and breathed a sigh of relief. She smiled.
Kane’s arrows and throws were transparent. The only normal arrows he had on him had just been obtained.
[Poisoned Arrow]
After Kane had shot a few arrows earlier, he realized that Komiri could easily catch and avoid them.
In fact, he had given up on preparing to use the arrow. After all, he only had one chance. And it was extremely difficult to hit Komiri.
However, when Komiri jumped towards him, he scattered steel spikes all over the ground.
The tip of one of the steel spikes was the arrowhead that had been wrapped around the poisoned arrow.
Seeing that the arrow had successfully pierced the monster, Kane knew that the race was almost over.
The poison might fail, but not on a minor boss in a copper dungeon.
Otherwise, this arrow would not become equipment. He might as well use an ordinary arrow to dip it in poison.
“Arrogant brat, die now!”
Seeing that Kane and Clea did not pursue the attack, and allow him to recover from his injury,
he couldn’t help but mock them and sprint toward them.
“Why would you think that you were the only one stalling?”
Kane mocked him.
“What a one-track minded iron head!”
The centauress could not help but mock.
The running burly figure suddenly knelt on the ground.
With difficulty, Komiri held the machete with both hands and tried to stand.
However, the weakness and dullness in his body made him unable to exert any strength.
His blood-red eyes could no longer see the enemy in front of him. He said with difficulty, “How… how despicable. He even used sinister methods to poison me even though it was two against one. I… I could not accept it.” Kane wasn’t going to listen to him anymore.
Full bow. A transparent arrow tore through the sky.
It pierced Komiri’s heart. His eyes were filled with indignation as he lowered his head and took his last breath.
A clenched fist in one hand loosened as life dissipated, and dark powder slid off.
“Tsk.”
Seeing this, Kane smacked his lips and said, “Who the hell is sinister?”
He had been keeping the Eagle’s Eyes open. The little movement by the Komiri was clearly visible.
So instead of sending Clea up to finish him off, he shot him straight.
Kane had given him enough face by not exposing his sinister move on the spot.
Cheers and applause. Thunder roared and drums sounded.
The hourglass immediately exploded into the sky.
Scattered grains of sand floated down.
Kane ignored this and went to crouch beside Clea.
Clea had gone limp on the floor. Her arms were broken and her four-legged ankles were swollen and bruised.
Just now, she had relied on the bonus of the battlecry to force herself to stand strong before Kane.
Now that Komiri was dead, the bonus had just dissipated. The centauress could not hold on any longer.
“How are you holding up?” Kane asked with concern as Clea kneeled on the ground.
Clea nodded, “It’s not a serious injury. I just can’t move now.”
“As long as it’s not life-threatening.” Kane lifted her arm and made a simple immobilization with plasticine.
“Bear with me. I’ll be done in a minute.”
“Yeah.”
There was a grunt, and Clea couldn’t help but cry out in pain. Her face was red from the pain or something else.
“Youyou, collect the spoils.” Then he said to Clea, “I’ll bind up your wound, then I’ll go out and find a doctor to treat you.”
Kane was in no mood to open treasure boxes.
Youyou had already gone over to collect the spoils of war.
I didn’t expect that I, Youyou, would get to open a treasure chest one day.
After helping Clea to bandage her arm simply, he made a stretcher with rubber.
“Bear with it for a moment. I’ll carry you up.” With that, Kane got started.
So heavy.
It took some effort to carry the centauress onto the stretcher.
“Am I a little heavy?” The tips of Clea’s ears turned red.
Hearing this, Kane nodded and said honestly, “A little.”
“I just forgot to change my attire. I’m not supposed to be this heavy.” With that, Clea immediately changed into her daily clothes.
“Is that so?”
Seeing that Kane did not seem to believe her, the centauress became anxious.
But before she could start quibbling, Youyou was already packing up and coming over.
“Here, Master.” He took the spoils and put them in his space. He would check them after he settled Clea.
He used a lot of magic power to float the transparent stretcher.
“Let’s go now.”
Instantly, they were gone.
