Having endured two setbacks, they were unfazed by the prospect of another.

Prince Nuo Nuo let out a light snort and stiffly remarked, “Well, what are you waiting for?”

Shao Yunduan nodded. “Of course.”

With a meaningful glance to the eunuch who had been observing the proceedings outside, Shao Yunduan signaled him to proceed.

Everyone craned their necks, eagerly awaiting the unfolding spectacle.

Before long, a braised carp was placed before Prince Nuo Nuo.
