Starting From the Dragon Tribe
Chapter 95: Who the hell is your good boy
Lu Chen did not move nor speak. Only after seeing the Frigga bullets hit and penetrate the mystery man without reaction did he stab Red Maple backward into the head of a serpentine Death Servitor who tried to sneak up on him.
The visitor was not friendly. Underneath the suit was a scaly torso. This wasn’t just a hybrid, but more than likely a hybrid who had become a Death Servitor.
When one thought of the demons wildly dancing behind him, the identity of this person was clear. He was likely the mastermind of tonight’s attack on Ganryuu Institute.
“You brought out these disgusting things?” Lu Chen shook the blood off his sword and pointed at the Death Servitors behind him.
Chu Zihang and Caesar stood in combat readiness. They hadn’t heard of a technique that could control Death Servitors. This was reserved to only the gods, a technique that was long lost!
Legend had it that the Persian royal family managed to breed Death Servitors and form a legion of them. That army was immortal, thus they were undefeated.
But such things nowadays only seem like myths in today’s time. Could this man in front of them have recreated this mythical technique?
“Brother Lu,” Chu Zihang was stubborn, but he would sometimes also resign himself to Lu Chen’s method of acting—acting with violence before talking.
But they had come to Japan to “spy and obtain information,” compared to the serpentine Death Servitor legion, the data in his pocket didn’t seem so relevant.
Taking into account the so-called evolutionary drugs and the legion of Death Servitors in front of them, it was likely that they were close to their main objective.
No one would have thought that through the convoluted fine-combing investigation, they would encounter such a shocking thing on their third day in Japan, and the person who had the final boss energy would appear in front of them of his own volition.
“Got it,” Lu Chen nodded his head, grinning.
Senior Sister Lutecia’s education wasn’t without results. Sometimes, it was better to pry open the enemy’s mouth rather than behead them.
He didn’t understand what the deal was with the Death Servitor-controlling technique, but he knew that the man in front of him had transgressed a taboo of the Secret Party. If he captured him alive, the college would reward him with a new weapon, right?
The Red Maple was very good, but not for him. This sword could be rated purple quality, but he suspected that it was because of the Sage’s Stone imbued on the sword, not the actual sword itself, which was average.
To be honest, he desired Gen Chisei’s… sword. Its quality seemed to be very good, to the point where perhaps it wouldn’t dull even if used against a 2nd generation species.
“To the average layman, they may not be aesthetically pleasing, but they are good works. Of course, compared to a perfect being like you, they are indeed like wriggling maggots,” Osho said unhurriedly, as if not hearing the teenagers discussing the prospect of capturing him alive.
Lu Chen also did not rush to move. Though he didn’t like to listen to stuff that people who thought themselves to be wise said, once they were captured, they would completely stop talking.
“That ladyboy is also one of your people, right?” Lu Chen’s words confused Caesar and Chu Zihang. He even met someone along the way?
In Chu Zihang’s opinion, with Brother Lu’s inherently arrogant personality, if that person hadn’t impressed him, he wouldn’t have purposely brought it up.
Could it be that Brother Lu also encountered some strong enemy on the road that even he had to be on the lookout for?
“It seems that the boy is somewhat less obedient, otherwise you would be here collecting their corpses,” Osho shook his head, his tone like that of a parent having a headache over a disobedient child.
Caesar sneered at the masked man, while Chu Zihang was expression. He was recovering his strength.
The man’s action’s seemed to be directed at Brother Lu. It wasn’t impossible that he had done an investigation on Brother Lu Chen’s strength, yet how did he still have the confidence to talk eloquently about it?
The Frigga bullets were like toys to him. This man, who was able to control the legion of Death Servitors, was probably an extremely strong hybrid!
He had to seize the time to recover his strength. If Brother Lu and the man went to battle, he and Caesar would have to face the legion of Death Servitors behind.
“Explains your reliance on him. You seem to be good, but not as good as that sissy,” Lu Chen looked at the masked man. The Frigga bullets hit his torso without the slightest effect, revealing the scale armor, which reflected coldy under the illumination of the cold light.
But he did not feel any threat from him; rather, in front of him who now had control of his Kotodama, this man seemed weak.
“He is also my magnum opus. I am glad to hear your praise,” Osho pulled out a pair of clappers from his pocket. His words ignored Lu Chen’s contempt for him, his tone was instead like a parent upon hearing his child being praised.
Before Lu chen could say anything, the man looked at him “kindly” and began knocking the clappers with both hands and said, “My good boy…”

However, before he could finish his words, a whirlwind started in the corridor.
In the eyes of Chu Zihang and Caesar, as if time were pinched off, the river of blood on the ground burst into a sea of crimson water lilies. The vibration came first, then the sound.
And the masked man was suddenly pinned by Lu Chen deep into the cement wall on the end of the corridor.
“Who the hell is your good boy?!” Lu Chen’s pair of pure-gold pupils had a bizarre fury, like lava erupting. The rage was simply going to burn everything up!
If Chu Zihang was able to see Lu Chen’s expression at this moment, he would have been speechless. He had never seen Lu Chen so furious like right now. No matter how strong the enemy was, Lu Chen had always been calm and collected.
But the mystery man’s words seemed to have touched a nerve within Lu Chen, making this normally calm teenager erupt into a raging lion— no, a raging dragon!
The masked man did not react. Lu Chen noticed his enemy’s silence, and only then did the anger in his eyes gradually decline.
Then he looked with some confusion at the clapper that had fallen to the ground. He thought it was some sort of weapon and that the masked man was about to unleash some kind of Kotodama, but even when he pressed the man into the wall, he didn’t react.
Then what was he doing with this thing, to play funeral music for himself?
Seemingly realizing he had lost his temper, Lu Chen took a deep breath before withdrawing his hand.
There was only one person in the world who was allowed to his good boy, but that person had long since ceased to be…
Caesar and Chu Zihang took on the serpentine Death Servitors again, but it was only a few seconds of fighting before they began to retreat.
“Brother Lu?” Chu Zihang said puzzledly when Lu Chen’s figure disappeared in front of them.
Looking towards the back, the marble floor of the computer room crumbled inch by inch. The blade, hidden within the flame, flew. Almost instantaneously, three Death Servitors’ heads flew into the air.
