Chapter 23 Necessity Of The Process Flow Manual
Li Zhenhua’s words were quickly supported by the two of them without any objections. In their opinion, the quality of the sample was so excellent that even if only 60% or 70% of it was retained after the mass production, the knife would be considered a success.
“Tell me what we should do. We’ll do everything you say.”
Guo Shugui, the buyer, said.
Liu Xiaodong also looked at Li Zhenhua questioningly.
“Let’s call it a day. This sample took too much of our time,
I want to spend the rest of the day optimizing the manufacturing process.
Try to simplify the process and work out a process flow manual.”
Guo Shugui and Liu Xiaodong looked at Li Zhenhua at the same time, as if they were looking at a god.
They did not expect that he would actually come up with a process flow manual just by making this simple knife.
“I say, Hua Zi, aren’t you being a little too professional here? Is this really necessary?”
Guo Shugui asked Li Zhenhua. In his impression, didn’t such things exist in hardware factories?
“Yes, yes, that’s exactly what I wanted to ask.”
Liu Xiaodong followed behind Guo Shugui.
“This instruction manual is still necessary.
If you follow the compiled instruction manual, it might save us a lot of time,
Saving a bit of time per knife would accumulate in large quantities once we make them in large quantities.
Moreover, all three of us have to be assigned work.

I believe I would have honed my skills once we finish this batch of table knives. Then we’ll be able to forge knives for the preliminaries.”
Liu Xiaodong and Guo Shugui listened attentively to Li Zhenhua’s explanation.
They knew it to be true by the time they’d heard it all.
Li Zhenhua suddenly felt that this day had been very fulfilling.
It had not even been a day since they had confirmed the registration for the competition, calling Liu Xiaodong and for both of them to appear here.
Li Zhenhua immediately thought of another matter and his eyes fell on Liu Xiaodong and Guo Shugui.
“Fatty and Guoba, it’s already four in the afternoon. You should be going back later.
One question has to cross your minds. How are you two going to get back?”.
When Guo Shugui heard Li Zhenhua’s question, he recalled what had happened early this morning.
And as he thought about it, he vaguely felt that his balls were hurting.
“Damn, I’m never going to sit on your little monkey again. I don’t want to experience that feeling of having my ass wedged to death anyway.”
“You think I want to? If you hadn’t squeezed, my balls wouldn’t still be aching.”
Instead of sympathizing with each other, these two people who had been hurt by the little monkey started to resent each other.
Li Zhenhua couldn’t help but remind the two of them.
“The two of you still have the mood to cause trouble here. Shouldn’t you be thinking about how to leave now?”
Hearing Li Zhenhua’s reminder, Liu Xiaodong and Guo Shugui’s faces immediately fell.
They looked at each other, that mutual dislike rising
“Hmph.”
They both turned, never to look at each other again.
Li Zhenhua looked at them. They were really a pair of clowns.
“Fatty, why don’t you call Uncle Liu? Let him pick you up so that both of you can go back.”
Seeing that this could not go on, Li Zhenhua immediately suggested to Liu Xiaodong.
Li Zhenhua winked at Liu Xiaodong as he spoke.
When Liu Xiaodong heard that, he immediately wanted to object, but then he saw Li Zhenhua’s actions.
Liu Xiaodong did not notice Li Zhenhua’s small movements at first, but he was not blind. Li Zhenhua’s movements became bigger and bigger.
When Liu Xiaodong saw this, he immediately started thinking
Even though this fatty was fat, he was indeed smart.
Thinking of Li Zhenhua’s suggestion just now, he immediately knew what Li Zhenhua meant.
Liu Xiaodong couldn’t help but think, Hey, this kid is indeed my good brother. He still doesn’t forget to think for me at a time like this.
At the thought of this, even though Liu Xiaodong was very happy to let his father pick him up, he still had to show some reluctance on the surface.
Liu Xiaodong took out his phone and walked to the side to call his father.
Seeing that Fatty had understood what he meant, Li Zhenhua turned to Guo Shugui.
“You’re going to ride back in your own car, Guoba?” Guo Shugui was also in a dilemma. He had not forgotten what he had experienced this morning.
At this moment, he could not bear the shame of riding the little monkey through the streets and alleys again.
For a moment, Guo Shugui did not know what to do.
Li Zhenhua said to Guo Shugui:
“How about this? When Fatty’s father comes later, we can think of something together.
At most, you can just leave the car with me and take Fatty’s father’s car back.”
Guo Shugui could not think of any good solution, so he could only follow Li Zhenhua’s method.
Li Zhenhua saw that things were going in the direction he had expected and couldn’t help but praise himself in his heart.
He was really too smart. This way, Uncle Liu and Guo Shugui could get familiar with each other. Moreover, it was nothing to Guo Shugui. It was just to let him get familiar with Liu Xiaodong’s father. In the future, their two families could work together better.
Li Zhenhua saw that he had arranged for both of them. He went to the second floor alone and took down his computer.
While the two of them waited for Liu Xiaodong’s father, Li Zhenhua turned on the computer at the counter on the first floor and started compiling the process flow manual.
Li Zhenhua was not disturbed by the two people beside him at all. He sat at the side and pondered about the production process.
The craftsmanship for this table knife was not too complicated but these procedures seemed a little too complicated for only three people.
Therefore, Li Zhenhua was thinking about how to simplify this process so that the three of them could achieve the maximum efficiency in the shortest time.
Firstly, Liu Xiaodong could not continue to cut steel. He could only leave this to Guo Shugui.
He still needed to weld himself. He only needed to weld the materials together while he was heating them up.
As for the forging materials, he would have to do the work himself.
As for the forging process, this process required the three of them to work together to forge all the materials.
In Li Zhenhua’s plan, he divided the knife-fighting process into three large areas.
The first was to process the materials. The second was to forge the knife. The third was to sharpen the blade. The final step was the process of acid washing.
After thinking this through, Li Zhenhua began to compile an instruction manual on the computer.
