Super Spender - Chapter 761
Chapter 761: Chapter 755: Affluence (Part 1)
“Yes, Mr. Finn Lewis, you are a top-tier VIP of our Star Bank. We will prepare a dedicated team to serve you. When you call us, our service will automatically activate, and this team will also automatically be activated for you. The relevant personnel will all arrive at Blue Bird Star within a week. Of course, this is just part of our entire team. Additionally, you can use our VIP services from Star Bank and its subsidiary groups throughout the Galactic Federation. We can assist with any service you need.” Violet Davis said to Finn Lewis succinctly.
“Excellent, I’ll leave the rest to you then. I’ll need to live here for approximately a year.” Finn Lewis nodded his head and stated straightforwardly. Although he had Luna Starfield, there were things that Luna Starfield would not remind him of unless he asked, since Luna Starfield was just an intelligent program. But with a team provided by Star Bank, it was different; they would consider all necessary things for his life here.
“Your Highness, are you here for studying?” Violet Davis asked after contemplating for a moment. Finn Lewis’s noble title was no secret, or it was not challenging for Star Bank to guess. Hence, them knowing Finn Lewis’s identity was not an issue. The only reason Finn Lewis was here was because, by the federal law, Finn Lewis must complete his studies before his territory could be inherited and before he could request federal official assistance.
Otherwise, if Finn Lewis didn’t complete his studies, his territory couldn’t be inherited by someone else and would then be reclaimed by the federation. Thus, Finn Lewis had to complete his studies.
“Yes,” Finn Lewis nodded.
“I see, Your Highness, there are about three areas suitable for your habitation. All three areas are top-tier residential districts, located around the noble academy that you’ll be studying at, and are similar distances away. These locations would be highly convenient for you to get to school. However, one is close to the urban and commercial areas, another is close to Star Harbour, and the last has a quiet and private surrounding.” Violet Davis nodded and promptly projected a 3D image from her personal smart device attached to her wrist.
“And, of course, if you prefer to live within the academy, we can also procure a villa within the academy. Even though the area won’t be as large as the villas in external residential districts, it’s much more convenient,” Violet Davis added.
“What’s your opinion?” Instead of making a decision, Finn Lewis looked at Violet Davis and asked. Only three massive cities were on Blue Bird Star, each virtually the size of a nation on Earth. Given the advanced transport and flying car systems, the area of each city is approximately three million square kilometers, roughly one-third of Flame Nation, underscoring their enormity.
The location where Finn Lewis and his team were stationed was Blue Bird City, the administrative capital of Blue Bird Star, which is also home to the federation’s official centre. It was the largest of the three cities, spanning around 3.8 million square kilometers. One of the other two cities was on the other side of the planet, whilst the third, Bluefish City, was located in the southern hemisphere, in-between Blue Bird City and the other city, Redhill City.
Redhill City was composed of various high-tech factories, research institutions, and their respective residential quarters. Bluefish City was home to the ground forces of the Blue Bird Star of the Capital Star District of the Galactic Federation, and their families, among others. All other areas were pristine forests, Blue Bird Star’s original ecosystem from the early days. Initially, there were more than just these three cities on Blue Bird Star, resembling Earth in terms of the early stages of development.
Later, with the advancement of technology and interstellar immigration, Blue Bird Star’s environment had to adapt, and most of the cities were abandoned gradually. They were then overtaken by the forests, transforming Blue Bird Star into what it is today. If you were to do a flyby around Blue Bird Star now, you would still see many abandoned cities overgrown with forests. These cities, constructed out of reinforced concrete, still had many of their major outlines intact. However, due to the passage of much time, even the reinforced concrete structures had progressively decayed due to natural erosion.
Nothing can resist the wear of time. Blue Bird City, the largest of the three cities, bordered the ocean for half of its area, with the location where Finn Lewis and his team stationed pointed toward the southeast direction of Blue Bird City.
“My suggestion is, for your convenience, Your Highness, we could procure villas in both the top-tier residential district near the urban commercial centre and the villa district within the academy. This way, whether you’re attending classes or going out, both would be very convenient,” Violet Davis hesitated before proposing her thoughts. When saying this, she was also considering Finn Lewis’s wealth—clearly, he was not short of money.
Otherwise, why would Finn Lewis buy 10 Thunder Rangers and 15 Mad Scorpions? Violet Davis was aware of the prices of these two vehicle models. Finn Lewis, with his extravagant spending habits, obviously didn’t care about how much buying a house would cost.
“Very well, I might have to stay here frequently in the future. In that case, purchase a house in each of the four locations you mentioned, and prepare the facilities and related items today. Can you do that? Buy the best houses in the best locations, including the best supporting facilities. Money is not an issue,” Finn Lewis said and nodded his head affirmatively.
“Yes, Your Highness,” Violet Davis nodded and promptly started the arrangements. Boasting a much higher technological level than Earth, the Galactic Federation had made things much more convenient. Even in Finn Lewis’s car, a holographic 3D projection was a standard feature. Violet Davis had quickly marked out the three villas Finn Lewis wanted. The size of the villas weren’t large, probably around one to two thousand square meters each, accompanied by a garden estate about three square kilometers in size.
