Chapter 52: Get Quan Jin Back Or Get Lost(1)
“What does W·W mean?” The commander frowned.
Everyone gathered in front of the monitor, looking at the name of the account, which showed two huge letters:
W·W
Though it may have only looked like the repetition of letters, they could feel the power that came with it.
“It’s that place!” The second best hacker replied with eyes wide open and lips trembling.
That place? Which place?
All the technicians and the officer looked at him with confusion.
What kind of place would terrify the top ranked hacker in the country that way?
And what did those letters mean?
“Officer, there is nothing I can do to solve this.”
He stood up by supporting himself on the arm of the chair. cold sweat all over his forehead. He stared blankly and staggered out of the room as he said, “Don’t mess with her. Don’t. You guys cannot afford it. Even the country! The government cannot afford to offend her.”
Before he left the room, the officer called out for him, terrified by what he had just said, “Wait a minute! If even you have trouble tracking them down, what if… she has already leaked the classified information of our country?”
He stopped in his steps.
He turned around, still looking petrified, “No, you don’t understand. None of you would understand. You don’t know how scary that place is. If they really want to destroy Hua, all they need to do is say a few words. It was her… She is back!”
The officer and the hackers felt unsettled. They all turned around and took a second look at the huge bolded letters on the monitor. They looked so simple, yet exorbitant.
The officer knew that the hacker was not exaggerating. He believed that there must have been some solid facts behind his statement.
“Officer, what should we do now? Was he joking? How could someone possibly destroy a country with just a few words!? It was only a new, bluffing account–”
The commander was having mixed feelings.
He suddenly thought of something and said to the seventh place hacker in a serious tone, “Seven, go and check where this account hacked into.”
Quan Jin had not planned on hiding anything when she had done that.
Therefore, the seventh hacker easily found out her history, “Officer, she hacked into the webpage of the Central Government Agency. She then took a look at the information about their recruitment.”
The commander was slightly surprised, “The recruitment of the Central Government Agency? Anything else?”
“And…”
His fingers didn’t stop hitting the keyboard, but he lifted his head up and said, dejectedly, after half a minute, “Nothing more. I can’t access the rest.”
“Checking the information about recruitment at ten o’clock last night?” Those two pieces of information matched in the officer’s mind.
All of a sudden, he raised his head with a strict face, “Go and check whether the Central Government Agency received any inquiries at ten last night. If there are, look this person up.”
Tap. Tap. Tap.
Everyone held breaths and focused on what the seventh hacker was doing. The room was completely silent, except for his nervous and accelerated breathing.
Five minutes later, he pressed on the Enter key.
“Officer. The Central Government Agency had indeed received an inquiry about their recruitment. I couldn’t locate the person. However…”
He looked at the screen and frowned, sounded a bit disgruntled, “They… seem to have rejected her.”
