Chapter 56: Embarrassing

Xia Yu happily went back to his room after finishing Yan Wei’s udon noodles. He also was looking forward to Yan Wei’s pastries.

At 8 a.m., he arrived at An Siyao’s place.

He opened his eyes and saw the familiar driver.

When Zilang City’s public schools had a holiday, Yaoguang City wasn’t affected, not to mention the East Land School for Girls was a private school.

Come to think of it, Zhong Yunxin attending the East Land School was inevitable. The East Land School was the most renowned girls’ school around.

The last time he saw Zhong Yunxin was 10 years ago. He wondered what the girl looked like now.

Xia Yu got out of the car at the school entrance. Feng Yujia and Feng Yumo were waiting for him.

Seeing the intimate way the sisters surrounded the young miss of his employer, the driver sighed.

He glanced at the banner for the East Land School again.

He had fantasized about sending his daughter here before.

It was a good thing he didn’t have a daughter.

The driver had already deduced that the East Land School wasn’t some innocent school, based on the relationship between the Feng sisters and his employer’s young miss.

He wasn’t as open-minded as these upper-society people. If his daughter brought home a girl, he’d have gone crazy.

He sighed and started the engine.

Meanwhile, Xia Yu talked to the Feng sisters and tried to perfect his plan.

There was a big bulletin board at the entryway of the instructional building with all sorts of announcements. Zhong Yunxin’s disciplinary notice would definitely be posted there.

Then, he’d just have to show a little bit of interest, and the Feng sisters would tell him everything.

He’d find a way or two to interfere.

When they were some distance away from the entryway, Xia Yu heard screams.

The three of them ran to the entryway.

The screams came from nearby students; they were looking toward the bulletin board.

Xia Yu saw a young woman next to the bulletin board. She had red hair and donned a leather outfit.

On her neck were silver headphones, and studs pierced her ears.

A girl like this among the socialites at East Land was like a suona mixed in with a symphony orchestra.

Xia Yu glanced at the girl and recognized her. She was Zhong Yunxin.

The notices on the bulletin board were put up with magnets. Zhong Yunxin dragged off all the notices, tossed them aside, then tore the disciplinary notice about her into pieces.

After doing all this, Yunxin clapped her hands and marched outside.

Xia Yu and the Feng sisters were near the entrance. If Zhong Yunxin wanted to leave the school, she’d have to pass them.

Before Xia Yu could do anything, Feng Yujia stepped forward and blocked Zhong Yunxin.

“What are you doing?!” Feng Yujia sounded quite forceful.

She may have been weak in front of that teacher, but that was only because he was a teacher, Zhong Yunxin was just a 10th grader.

Her attitude slightly intimidated Zhong Yunxin. Typical people would have backed down when frightened, but to a bad girl like Zhong Yunxin, an intimidation like this only made her want to fight back.

“None of your business!” Zhong Yunxin kept her head high.

“I’m the president of the student council, how is it not my business?” Feng Yujia acted tough to impress Xia Yu. “Put all of those notices back, then come with me to the student council!”

Feng Yujia thought she must have looked very powerful at that moment, yet, after one push from Zhong Yunxin, she fell back on the ground.

“What, you think you’re a big deal as a president? Go home and lick your teacher’s ass!” Zhong Yunxin looked very proud of herself.

Feng Yujia didn’t think Zhong Yunxin would hit her. She sat on the ground with rising feelings of being wronged.

Plenty of students were around. Soon, the way she was weakly pushed to the ground by Zhong Yunxin would be known all over the school.

By then, how would the students and teachers see her? A student council president being bullied by an ordinary lower-grade student?

If she immediately retaliated, maybe she could have earned back some face. But as a pampered socialite, she’d never really fought anyone.

In her world, saying some threatening words with a few friends was already extremely heinous.

He wasn’t comforting her.

After a little disappointment, Feng Yujia understood Xia Yu’s intention.

Feng Yujia straightened and acted emotionless, looking down at Zhong Yunxin on the ground.

“Take her away.” After saying this coldly, Feng Yujia turned to head toward the student council.

Xia Yu picked up Zhong Yunxin, lectured the still struggling girl to calm her down, then proceeded to the student council.

Feng Yumo, who stood aside shivering, quickly followed them.

After they left, the students nearby started to whisper.

“An Siyao was incredible!”

“So was Feng Yujia, her ‘take her away’ was so cool!”

“An Siyao was more amazing, she controlled Zhong Yunxin right away.”

“An Siyao looked so gentle usually, she never bullied anyone. If not for today, we’d never know she was so powerful!”

“Feng Yumo is so lucky. She must feel so safe with An Siyao and Feng Yujia around.”

“I heard there was an ‘An Siyao fan club’ at school.”

“Really?”

Other than students who stayed where they were, a few other students also followed Xia Yu and his group. They didn’t leave reluctantly until the three of them went inside the student council and closed the door.

Inside the student council, Xia Yu pushed Zhong Yunxin down into a chair.

His face showed no expression, nor did he look at the struggling Zhong Yunxin. He looked at Feng Yujia instead.

“What do we do with her?” Xia Yu asked in a low voice.

Too bad Feng Yujia didn’t get the message behind Xia Yu’s words, which was to jointly scare Zhong Yunxin with a show. In fact, even if she got the message, she wouldn’t be able to act it out well enough.

“Hand her to the teacher?” Feng Yujia asked.

“You think I’m afraid of the teacher?” Zhong Yunxin showed a smile.

Xia Yu gripped her shoulders with one move and used some force.

“You will tell the teacher?” Xia Yu stared at Zhong Yunxin’s eyes.

Zhong Yunxin turned her head away and didn’t answer.

“Too bad, even if you told the teacher, they would not believe you.” Xia Yu’s fingers used more force. “The three of us good girls are witnesses, and you’re the bad girl speaking for yourself. Who do you think the teachers will believe?”
