Actual Fairytale – Picking up a Mermaid! (30)
One night, as they were having dinner, Shen Shao suddenly brought up wanting to have a drink.
To have Shen Shao and Lu Shijin quickly adapt to life at the bottom of the sea, Jun Yu had stored quite a lot of human food. It included many kinds of alcohol.
Although Jun Li didn’t allow Shen Shao to leave him, he was still pretty willing to agree to his other demands.
Ever since Shen Shao had come here, he’d acted like a martyr, even refusing food for a couple of days. It was the first time he had mentioned wanting something.
Jun Li thought that Shen Shao had finally accepted it and was secretly happy as he took out a bottle of good wine to celebrate.
Shen Shao gestured towards Lu Shijin and Lu Shijin nodded, expressing that he would proceed with their plan.
Shen Shao and Lu Shijin knew that merpeople had low alcohol tolerance, so they planned on making them drunk before slipping in the drug. It would make their success probability higher.
Shen Shao and Lu Shijin coaxed Jun Li and Jun Yu into drinking a lot more than they could handle. Afterwards, their eyes were already starting to gaze over.
Shen Shao saw that Jun Yu and Jun Li seemed drunk, so he poured them two cups of water to wake them up. When they weren’t paying attention, he poured the drug in and gave a cup to Lu Shijin for him to feed Jun Yu.
Lu Shijin pretended to do it, but as Shen Shao turned to feed Jun Li the water, he spilled most of the water on the table cloth.
Once the drug started working, making the two merpeople lay snoring on the table, Shen Shao showed a bright smile and mouthed at Lu Shijin, “Go.”
There were many locks in the palace, but Shen Shao was smart enough to have extracted all the passwords from Jun Li. They were able to leave the palace without any trouble and swam towards the surface.
Although they had artificial gills to breathe underwater, their swimming ability was far inferior to merpeople.
With a depth of a million meters, plus the pressure from the water, it would take them over ten hours to reach the surface.
Swimming for this long was a test for their endurance. After two hours, they had swum for less than two nautical miles.
At this time, Jun Yu had already woken up because Lu Shijin didn’t feed him that much water. He was enraged upon finding his brother unconscious and the two humans gone.
He first woke Jun Li. When Jun Li saw that Shen Shao was gone, he didn’t say anything, but his gaze became very dark and tumultuous.
There were actually many submarines beneath the palace, but Lu Shijin and Shen Shao didn’t know how to operate them. If they did, they would’ve probably long reached the surface.
When Jun Yu found this out, he relaxed slightly and immediately got on with Jun Li to chase them.
Shen Shao didn’t dare rest no matter how tired he was just to reach freedom faster.
In comparison, Lu Shijin was a lot more relaxed and would pause frequently to look at the scenery. It was as though he was snorkeling instead of escaping.
Shen Shao was greatly slowed down by Lu Shijin, but he couldn’t do anything about it. He just paused for him to catch up before continuing to go up.
But before they could pass even half of the total depth, Jun Yu and Jun Li caught up to them in their submarines.
Shen Shao and Lu Shijin met each other’s gazes. Although they couldn’t say anything, Lu Shijin saw despair in Shen Shao’s eyes, and instantly pretended to be in shock too.
The submarine opened and Jun Yu and Jun Li came out as merpeople.
Shen Shao was like a rabbit upon seeing an eagle, immediately trying to escape. But how could he out-swim Jun Li?
Jun Li only needed to flap his tail once to cut off Shen Shao and stared at him coldly. Then, he picked up Shen Shao by the waist and swam off to who knows where.
Lu Shijin silently sent Shen Shao off as he watched their figures disappear.
He felt a cold body against his back and realized that he didn’t have time to pity others.
At least Jun Yu didn’t drag him off, but got him back in the submarine.
“Heh, you want to escape?” Jun Yu turned back to human form to press Lu Shijin against the dashboard of the submarine. His tone was dark and cold, “This is my territory, and you think you can escape? You’re overestimating yourself.”
Lu Shijin secretly thought that if he fed him all of the water, Jun Yu would’ve been unconscious until the next day, and he would have been long out by then.
But he knew that he had to act like his plans had been foiled and cried angrily, “Yes, I want to leave this place! I want to leave you! You’re insane! Shameless! No matter how long you trap me here for, you’ll never get my heart! You’re not worthy!”
“It seems like I’ve been too kind to you.” Jun Yu touched Lu Shijin’s face, smiling, “Do you know where Jun Li is bringing Shen Shao?”
Lu Shijin turned to avoid his hand, pretending to be disgusted by his touch. “How would I know?!”
Jun Yu smiled, “They’re going to the warm beds at the bottom of the sea. The temperature there is the best for our offspring. Guess what they’re going to do there?”
Lu Shijin swallowed, thinking about how perverted this was.
“Do you also want to go?” Jun Yu asked coldly.
Lu Shijin violently shook his head. Jun Yu expected this reaction and lightly snorted.
“I thought you were stronger than this and had prepared for the consequences of getting caught while escaping. I can allow you to not give birth if you don’t want to, but don’t test my patience. The next time you dare do something like this, I’m bringing you there, understand?”
Lu Shijin glared at him. “Despicable! Shameless! Just why are you trapping me here?”
“Of course, it’s because I like you.” Jun Yu said softly.
“But I’ll never love someone who forces me, nor a merperson who does so!” Lu Shijin gritted out.
“Really?” Jun Yu knelt between Lu Shijin’s legs and smiled evilly, “But your body is telling me that you’re lying.”
Male merpeople had a biological function of secreting out a fluid that would make it easier for females to accept them.
So Lu Shijin lost without Jun Yu doing much.
“If you don’t like it.” Jun Yu interrogated as he bit Lu Shijin’s lips, “If you don’t like it, why is your face red? Why are you panting?”
Lu Shijin felt very embarrassed and covered his eyes as he insulted, “Shut up you bastard, it’s not because I like it, it’s because . . . Because I’m tired!”
Jun Yu pinched Lu Shijin’s waist as punishment, causing him to reflexively clamp his legs together. Jun Yu smiled like he just did a prank, “You still won’t admit it even though you’re clenching me so tightly? Stop lying to yourself.”
Merpeople were too strong. Jun Yu pressed Lu Shijin’s shoulder down to prevent him from escaping as he did whatever he wanted.
