The reason that Jian Sangyu could enter the classes was all because Zhong Yanting had given her some help. Therefore, everyone in the class knew that Jian Sangyu had a very good relationship with the gold star agent Zhong Yanting in the company. What was more, Zhong Yanting had also visited Jian Sangyu on the first two days of class.
Because of this direct relationship, everyone was very friendly with Jian Sangyu. So no matter how jealous people were of Jian Sangyu, who was able to enter the class that had such a high requirement, they put on a very friendly face with her… at least on the surface.
These two months had been both exhausting and delighting for Jian Sangyu. For her, every day passed by so quickly that she almost had no time for anything else.
In the Guardian Team of the Sun Planet located in the outskirt areas of the capital, Jiang Xing scanned the moment updates on his phone and then stuffed the cell-phone back into his pocket, mumbling to himself constantly.
Gu Chen, who had already had his food served, sat down next to Jiang Xing and happened to hear him whispering Jian Sangyu’s name. He threw a look at Jiang Xing and asked casually, “What about her?”
Jiang Xing, Jian Sangyu and Mina had been good friends since childhood. Gu Chen had always been aware of the wonderful relationship between Jian Sangyu and Jiang Xing.
“That girl seems to be missing.” Jiang Xing turned around and saw Gu Chen sitting in front of him, then he continued. “Bro, have you been in touch with her recently? I just noticed that she has not updated her moments for two months. That is quite weird. I have just read through her moments and found that the latest post she posted was updated one day before we returned from the training.”
“Moment? WeChat?” Gu Chen never used Wechat, so it took him a few seconds before he realized what the strange word ‘moments’ meant.
“Yes.” Jiang Xing mumbled inside his heart. Even his grandpa used WeChat and his cousin must have been the only one who used a phone to make calls.
Gu Chen did have a QQ number, but he barely used it. Maybe he himself didn’t even remember his own account number.
“Usually, Jian Sangyu updates posts many times a day, and she can do that everyday throughout the entire year. She can post about food, take a photo or share a joke. She could even send a post about a small mushroom growing in the pot on the balcony. She is often very active on moments, so I had thought that I might have been blocked by her again without seeing her posts for so long.”
Jian Sangyu and Jiang Xing often blocked each other, but it was usually not something serious. After half a day, they would unblock each other again.
Jiang Xing had been wondering what made Jian Sangyu become quiet all of a sudden? So quiet that Jiang Xing found that something was wrong after two months.
Why would someone’s personality turn so upside down for no reason? Something must have happened.
“I called her this morning and she didn’t answer at all. Don’t you find it a bit weird, Cousin?” Jiang Xing thought for a moment and said, “Bro, what about you making a call to her? Or maybe you can go home this weekend?”
Jiang Xing asked discreetly, because on one side, he was worried that Gu Chen would scold him whilst on the other side, he was worried that if Gu Chen returned home because he told him to, Jian Sangyu would hit him.
The fact that Jian Sangyu disliked it when Gu Chen came home was known by Jiang Xing through the Moments. As long as Gu Chen was on the way home, Jian Sangyu would definitely post a new Moment.
Sigh!!!! I am in a predicament!
A sigh and a row of exclamation marks plus an emoji of wailing.
That was a regulation that never changed, a special feeling of Jian Sangyu to Gu Chen.
“She didn’t answer the phone call?” Gu Chen did catch some of the words that Jiang Xing said.
