To You Who I Yearn For - Chapter 34
Chapter 34: Tsundere Husband, Part V
Tao Yaoyao’s face turned bright red and she said stiffly, “It wasn’t for you. Couldn’t I be showing it off for someone else?”
“Who is it for?” Feng Zhuo stepped forward slowly. Pushing Tao Yaoyao directly against the wall of the closet and propping his arms on both sides of her shoulders, he trapped her in the middle.
Making this romantically ambiguous posture even more dreamlike was the bedroom light above them that was shining directly on them.
“What…what does…what does it have to do with you?” Trembling and stammering, Tao Yaoyao swallowed.
“Trying to seduce other men in front of your husband? Huh?” Feng Zhuo’s voice sounded inexplicably dangerous.
Suddenly a little nervous and inexplicably confused, Tao Yaoyao instinctively clasped her hands.
Joking and trying to make herself act normal, she grinned and narrowed her eyes at him. Beaming brightly, she said, “He’s a second-generation rich kid and is my target for marriage after our three months are over. Oh, Oppa, perhaps you’re jealous? If you’re jealous, just say it…”
The lovey-dovey ambience was ruined by her idiotic rant.
Feng Zhuo raised his eyebrows, let go of her hand, and flicked her forehead with his fingers. “Do you think you could be a little more narcissistic?”
Tao Yaoyao grimaced at him. “Quickly! Go kick Tang Sanzang out.”
Feng Zhuo stepped back and sat on the edge of the bed. “No!”
“Why not?” Her voice soft and coquettish, Tao Yaoyao asked quizzically as she looked at him with a pitiful stare.
It was a pity that Feng Zhuo wasn’t an ordinary person. His expression remained unchanged, and he replied heartlessly, “No reason.”
It was baffling that he’d taken the initiative to help her deal with her difficult family members before, but suddenly he couldn’t be bothered anymore. Tao Yaoyao wondered whether it was because she hadn’t let him talk to her cousin.
“Don’t tell me that just because I didn’t let you talk to my cousin, you’re still angry…”
She puffed out her cheeks and looked at him with her eyes full of grievance. “You’re so petty.”
Feng Zhuo stared at her for a moment without saying a word, then suddenly turned around. “I should go back to my room.”
If he went back to his room, wouldn’t that be basically acquiescing? She’d actually dared to threaten him and he couldn’t bear it, he couldn’t bear it. But he had to bear it…
Tao Yaoyao rushed forward and reached out to hold onto him. “No, no, you aren’t petty. I’m petty, I’m petty…”
She couldn’t help it. She asked, “Don’t tell me you’ll actually let him sleep in our house for the night?”
Feng Zhuo answered lightly, “If you don’t let him sleep here, then he won’t sleep here.”
Tao Yaoyao shook her head and her eyes narrowed. “But you will have to sleep with me tonight.”
Feng Zhuo curled his lips up into a mysterious smile. “Isn’t that exactly what you’ve been wishing for all along?”
With a smile, Tao Yaoyao raised her head and winked at him. “Why don’t I accompany him to sleep on the sofa tonight? Why? Are you angry? If you want to get angry at someone, then go beat him up and throw him out afterward. I actually would love to see what the scene of two men fighting over me would look like.”
Feng Zhuo gazed at her deeply and suddenly he became serious. “I think there are some things that I should tell you.”
Upon seeing him suddenly so serious, Tao Yaoyao asked in bewilderment, “What is it?”
Feng Zhuo opened his mouth to speak, but stopped again. After a short pause, he said in a low voice, “It’s best that you stay away from him.”
“Oh…yeah?” Tao Yaoyao’s eyes lit up, and then she grinned. “Why?”
