When The Villainess Loves - Chapter 26
“No, it’s nothing!”
“It’s nothing?”
I saw Irene sniffing as she shook her head while looking at Rinnie and Emma, who were both in denial. I looked at them a little embarrassed, but I decided to just let it go because they won’t spill the beans, thus I turned away from them. A peaceful day was passing.
Finally the day dawned.
With all the painkillers, sedatives and supplements, that Rox gave me with a worried look on his face, I was ready to go.
“I don’t know whether there will be anything causing me to faint.”
Just to make sure, I took a sedative before opening the door. Come to think of it, the two handsome men waiting for me were already harmful enough for my mental health. Haha. When I opened the door, Eugene and Cain, who were waiting on the other side of the door, welcomed me.
“Well.”
Both of them reached out a hand at the same time.
“…….”
“…….”
Suddenly the atmosphere in the corridor became strange. Rinnie behind me said: ‘Oh….’ I heard a muffled sound. I was crazy excited to be escorted by the two of them, but somehow it was embarrassing.
Which one should I take?
I looked at my hands alternately for a moment, then suddenly a saying came to mind and I burst into laughter. Then I shouted to myself and put a hand on each of them:
“Flowers of both hands!”
Woo-hoo. Maybe my proud smile was contagious, because after both of the handsome men had a strange look on their faces for a moment, they started smiling quietly.
Both were dressed in very simple styles of commoner clothing, but the way they smiled on both sides was just a pictorial. I stared at them with anxiety rather than excitement this time. Then I called Rinnie in a determined tone: “Rinnie.”
“Yes, Your Highness!”
“It looks like I should wear a robe, right?”
“Well… yes”, replied Rinnie in an awkward tone. Yeah, right? The heart wants what it wants. There’s no point in wearing civilian clothes!
“Do you mean a robe?”
“Why….”
The two handsome men looked at me in equal wonder. If you look at me like that! I couldn’t help but stumble at these beautiful likable eyes.
“Your Highness, are you okay?”
“Oh my god.1“
“Have you not recovered yet?”
“No, it’s nothing.”
Looking at the faces of the three worried people, I said firmly: “We will stand out so much that we better wear robes. And I’m fine. There’s no problem..”
“It’s better to cover up?”, murmured Eugene with a slight smile.
I closed the door quickly after looking at him.
“Com on.”
Rinnie gave them a fitting robe one by one. And she put a robe on me as well.
Oh, right. Unnie is a goddess, too.
When I patted Rinnie saying I was proud of her, she saw me off with a sad face.
I’m sorry. I’ll take you next time.
Finally, my first long-awaited outing came true.

Ariel, the heroine, was a beautiful woman with sky blue hair and sky blue eyes, a girl, who laughs and sheds tears a lot. Boasting a strange ignorance and innocence for an aristocratic girl, she had a very excellent talent for stimulating the other person’s protective instinct with her personality.
At the Imperial Palace, Crown Prince Rabilov, Eugene, and Cain fell in love with her. Having played in the palace once, she went out to the market. And with only one step, she snatched an intelligence guild leader and an assassination guild leader, whose identities aren’t even exactly known by the Imperial.
“With only one step….”
“What?”
“No, it’s nothing.”
After that, she got Jane, a loyal maid who would die from poison later on, and she also had a meeting with her friend Miss Vivienne, whom she would later meet at the palace. What’s really funny is that she happened to catch all these characters at one, and in this market to boot.
‘Even though this is the biggest market, it’s a little…….’
In fact, at least one thing is certain by this point.
“The original’ author must have been bothered to set up the character’s background in a variety of ways.’
Actually, I’m guessing that Leticia unnie might have been the author. Anyway, my life is much easier thanks to the author. Their laziness saved me. With my current stamina, I wouldn’t be able to walk far away.
“Ah!”, exclaimed I as I stood at the entrance of the market street.
This is Blanchett Street in front of the Imperial Palace, which I call “Nodaji”! A bustling market fitting the word ‘boulevard’. The man who Ariel bumped into while walking was the head of the information guild, and the bookstore employee, whom she happened to meet, was the head of the assassination guild.
“Your Highness.”
“…….”
Two men stood next to me, who stopped. Unfortunately, now I couldn’t see the contrast between dark and light they created when next to another, but the height alone was very reassuring.
Hehe, flowers in both hands.
I nodded slightly, feeling the infinite generous virtue in front of “Nodaji”.
“Your Highness, you have to stay close to us”, came from a grinning Sir Volton with an ivory hood on his head. I was a little surprised because his eyes looked like he was looking at something pitiful.
“Yes, I will, Sir Volton”, smiled I and nodded my head.
The first place I stopped by was at a public institution, because I had to submit documents to sell of the salons I own. As a human shadow with a robe on approached, the accountant who was dozing off at the counter was startled.
“In all cash and jewelry.”
As I put down the documents without saying a word, he swallowed and checked the papers. It was not long before he stared at me with his eyes wide open. I said, sighing with fear in his eyes.
“Please take care of it as soon as possible.”
You shouldn’t be sweet in this kind of thing. But what can I do? I had something to gain from him. The person in charge, who alternated between the document and me with slightly confused eyes, mumbled and asked: “Well, you…Are you?”
“Yes.”
I answered, showing the princess’s identification ring slightly at the end of the robe sleeve. The accountant’s anchovy-like eyes blinked at the speed of a second.
“Yes, it has been approved!”
Fortunately, his mouth was more agile than his mind. This is the only opportunity I will get. I looked at him silently, and when he looked at me in a strange way, I asked him in a whisper: “Do you know a place called the Black Cave?”
Black cave. It was where Jane had an unfortunate accident while playing a supporting role. It’s the place where she got separated from her younger brothers. She died without seeing her brothers ever since. But this time it will be different.
Perhaps the place I mentioned was unexpected, because the accountant’s eyes widened. He agonized over something and whispered in a nervous whisper as I tapped with my fingernails on the table. Hearing a satisfactory answer from him, I hurried out of the uncomfortable situation. Then I approached the two handsome men who were waiting outside dissatisfied.
“It ended rather quickly?”
“Did anything happen inside?”
“What do you mean?”
“…something like a rumor?”, asked Eugene in a somewhat stiff tone.
“A rumor?”
Well, there’s one or two rumors about Leticia.
When I asked him with a tilt of my head, he remained silent and shook his head with a smile: “No, If you didn’t run into any issues everything’s fine. Well, let’s go.”
I nodded and started looking at the busy bustling and colorful market. The fact that this is a different world touched came up again and for a while, my eyes were drawn everywhere. The streets of Blanchett Market, which I walked around for some time, were wider than I thought.
‘It’s enough to accommodate the various characters of the original.’
There was no end to it. Brilliant and large, neat shops. The roads were well organized and there were signs, so one needn’t fear getting lost here.
I was walking silently for a while when Cain, wearing a black robe on the other side, asked in a low voice suddenly: “Is there anywhere elseyou want to go?”
I savored the unique sound of his voice, and then came to my senses at Eugene’s call: “Your Highness?”
And I answered them: “Yes, I do. Also, please call me Ticia, not Her Highness. The both of you.”
“But….”
“If it’s what your highness wishes, I shall do so.”
Unlike Cain, who was troubled by it, Eugene has responded smoothly. I looked up at Cain and signaled a ‘please’ with my eyes. It would be better if they decided to call my by name this time, but I had no expectations.
Cain flinched for a while and then replied with a reluctant look: “Then, excuse me for a while … Ticia.”
Oh my god.
I grabbed my heart. I got goosebumps all over my body. As expected, the destructive power was amazing when they called me Ticia with that voice.
“Ticia, where do you want to go?”
